Hello Fellow Mandos,
It has been a pleasure to serve as your FL for the past ~5 months, and we've seen some incredible changes to the faction, and to the site as a whole, based on your participation and effort. This is the first time as far as I know on SWRP that an Indie Faction has been able to become a Main Faction based on activity, participation and merit. I can honestly say that this wouldn't have been possible without such a fantastic memberbase and I couldn't be prouder.
Unfortunately, I feel it is time step down as your Faction leader now that we're officially a Main Faction. I've truly enjoyed my time leading the faction, and I know that we will go on to do great things. Finding myself as an RP Admin, a Main Faction FL, and my IRL responsibilities leaves me strapped for time and attention. It simply isn't fair to this faction or its members to not have a sole, dedicated FL that can steer it.
With that being said, I am stepping down as Faction Leader, and handing the faction over to @Kori Buor as your new FL, with the two new AFLs @Prudence , & @Mirdala Priest . I know that they will do an outstanding job, as I've heard their plans for the future of the faction. Rest assured, there are plenty of exciting things to come!
Let's give them all a hand as they prepare to lead us through the beginning of this timeskip!
