My plan is to approach the asteroid with one covert ops ship. Our mission is to infiltrate and sabotage the installation. All SOLAG troops will infiltrate the installation and prepare police forces to arrest survivors. The entire operation will be individuals or as small teams working to achieve a few specific objectives.
1st: infiltrate the structure without being detected.
2nd: Remain undetected until time of lowest activity.
3rd: eliminate sentries and achieve individual objective.
Individual objectives:
1: Sabotage power station.
2: Neutralize command.
3: Sabotage landing gear in hanger
4: Sabotage air- this will be adding an agent to the oxygen that will sedate the inhabitants of the installation.
5: under no circumstances is detection allowed. Detection will result in mission failure and likely death.
I will do more tomorrow.
Please post your profile links and names so I can more easily compile a list of my operatives and their chief skills. I hope to utilize stealth in this mission to allow us to be awesome.
I want to enter the facility, hide until most of the base is asleep and then gas the place, but not in a lethal way. Because of this we'll be in sealed suits and utilize a form of rebreather. When we gas the place it is possible that the facility will filter enough to allow some to stay conscious. The gas is only to assist in our taking of other objectives, those are the power station and hangar. I will be taking out the station manager and whoever else he may have.
Mandatory equipment:
-Sealed combat suit- equipped with rebreather. This suit is to be utilized in space as well as the station.
-Stealth field generator- You will be using this in order to enhance your abilities to evade capture.
One operative will carry the gas agent and the others will carry explosives for sabotage. Operatives may volunteer alternative methods of sabotage, but it is understood that explosives will irreversibly knock out their targets.
