Open to all Rebels and Mandalorians

"Yes, Weyloran, everything," Devrim stated with finality to the wide-eyed trooper. They stood next to the few rows of data servers that were installed in the moon base when it was seized by the Galactic Alliance from the Phaeda Triumvirate. Though their work had barely begun here, it had already come to an end. The Alliance's locations had been compromised.

"Yes Commander. I'll have it done right away," the rebel trooper replied.

The Commander gave him a smile and a firm pat on the shoulder. "Make copies and wipe it from here. We don't want anything left behind if the Imperials decide to strike." Turning toward the rest of the manufacturing facility, Devrim observed his faithful men working tirelessly as they packed up everything that wasn't nailed down. Everything was being packed into crates and loaded into shuttles that would take them to a Distance-class Corvette awaiting in orbit. While all of this was merely a precaution, the black-clad Commander couldn't help but sense the unease and despair that they all felt.

Stepping up onto a crate, elevating him a bit over the rebels that milled about, Devrim cleared his throat. A few paused what they were doing, heads turning to give the man their full attention. All at once, he felt uncomfortable and awkward. Devrim was never one for making speeches — he was a man of action, not words. But these people needed their spirits lifted, and so he took a deep breath before beginning.

"This isn't the end," he stated firmly. A few more stopped their work to listen. "I know we only just set up here and put in a lot of work, but we mustn't lose hope." Devrim's eyes scanned the room, finding his courage. "I know you all must have heard what happened at Corellia and Nar Shaddaa, that one of our best and brightest abandoned one of her own. I won't lie to you all — that is why we are taking these precautions and moving our supplies."

"But, they are just precautions," Devrim's voice grew stronger. "We are not beaten, we are not running. The Alliance is stronger than ever, and with the reemergence of the Jedi, hope is surging through the Galaxy. Rebellions are rising everywhere as we speak, and we will rise up and take down the Empire once and for all." Stepping off of the crate, the Commander strode through and placed a hand on the shoulders of the rebels he passed. "We need you — the Galaxy needs you all. If we all work together, then we will achieve victory."

Thus finished his little inspirational speech, the rebels continued on with their work. Though it may not have been much, Devrim could sense the renewed spirit in them all. Turning toward a weapon rack, the Jedi pulled an empty crate closer and began moving the blasters into it. They still had much work to do. Though the Phaeda base would still be left operational, it would be running on a skeleton crew once they all had finished here today.

The frame of the powerful dropship shuddered as it wound down from its landing. The Rally Master inside the ship walked towards the exit of the ship. It's landing ramp began opening and reaching towards the ground before it even finished landing. Koil did not have to slow his walk as he exited. The sound of the landing gear taking the weight of the VXN-dropship distributing on the deck. On either side another series of K/M shuttles touched down. From each of them a handful of House Solus troops exited and began moving to assist the Galactic Alliance with their evacuation. Koil had already given them directions to help where necessary and to bring up the rear guard of the exodus.

As usually Koil had his helmet on. His unique V slit visor helmet as cold and emotionless as his own stoic nature. The new Jaig Eyes on top of his helm were fresh and a deep red. Others often had their Jaig Eyes in black or alternativly bright colors if their armor was already a dark color. But Koil was a man of digression and humble. He went around without being noticed for a multitude of reasons. His own vode had not seen his face even save perhaps a select few over the years. But even then nobody knew what really existed underneath the scatterweave covered armor. He actually slept with it on.

He walked towards the obvious leader of the group present, seeing him as he hopped down from his inspiring perch. He caught up with him after the man reached the empty crate he began filling. He stood there for a moment, silent, before speaking up. "Rally Master Koil Solus. What can my warriors and I do?" He asked and looked around, taking in his surroundings to glean as much from the Galactic Alliances operation.

The Echani was a skeptic by nature but ultimately professional. He knew people from watching them over the years and also of battle field operations. A mass of intelligence and experience united his processing of the events unfolding and the individuals they were affecting. For now though, as far as anyone outside his helmet was concerned he was just a dark armored ranking mandalorian here to help.

The attention of the Commander was drawn to the newcomers who entered the facility. Excellent, he thought, seeing the unmistakable red-and-black Beskar'gam that they were clad in. The Mandalorians had arrived. Having stepped down from his little box after giving the speech, the most decorated of the Mandalorians approached and spoke through his helmet. Devrim bowed his head in respect and appreciation. "You have my thanks for your assistance," he began, before sweeping his arms across the room. "We're taking everything not nailed down — supplies, weapons, spare parts."

Moving along the room while watching his Wolf Squadron work, Devrim continued speaking with Koil Solus. "The primary function of this cell was as a weapon manufacturing facility. I'm looking to relocate somewhere else, but that will have to be decided later. For now, everything is being moved onto shuttles to be transported to the Corvette stationed nearby." Devrim stopped at the entrance to an elevator that lead up to the barracks. Base command was located up there, including evac preparations that better fitted the rank of a Solus Rally Master and a Rebel Commander.

Stepping into the elevator, and assuming Koil followed, Devrim continued speaking. "There aren't many plans located in the command center, but there are a few. From here, we've been mostly watching and gathering intel on Imperial movements and transmissions." Stepping out of the lift once they had reached the correct level, a large circular holotable in the middle lit up the room with a cool blue glow as it displayed a tactical map of the Galaxy. "I am unsure what your Mand'alor has planned for the expansion of your people — for the Alliance, we currently evacuating all compromised locations and in the process of finding new ones."

Koil looked around as Devrim spoke but only with the eyes behind his helmet and not his whole head. It was a habit to not let those outside of his helmet know where he was looking. Everyone assumed that a mandalorian was looking directly where their helmet was pointing because they had little alternative. But when the Rebel Commander moved he caught it and followed after him. He was not done talking and Koil wanted to know more. Thankfully he did not have to ask many questions, Devrim was efficiently informative.

As they rose he began thinking of how the Mandalorians could capitalize on that information. They could take out supply lines, prevent ambushes, the possibilities were insurmountable. But it was information that was in the Galactic Alliances' possession and while Koil thought about taking it he knew that it would be a scandal between the two allies if he took any of it without permission. So he just followed the man, intent on doing his job.

When they finally arrived Koil stepped up to the galactic map. His scatterweave armor absorbing the reflective blue light that bathed the rest of the room. "That's a lot of locations." He was not actually sure where all of the bases were located but the way that talk had been going the Galactic Alliance was quite large. "You'll be at risk when transitioning. I hope you are moving to as many new locations as you are leaving behind. Otherwise you're putting all your eggs in one basket." He looked at the map to see routes and information. Basing his own assumptions off of what he knew to be neutral space and enemy territory. The requirements to supply an army narrowed it down and Koil was an expert analyst when it came to war.

Koil's statement did not come as a surprise to Devrim. The Mandalorian was right — in the last few years, the Galactic Alliance's growth had exploded exponentially. Perhaps it was due to Galactic dissent being at an all-time high, but the Rebel Commander believed it was also due to the leadership that Commander Ion had shown. He was able to take the rebels cells, rag-tag groups from all paths of life, and direct their focus more efficiently than Devrim had seen leader do before. "It is — and it's about to get a lot smaller," the rebel replied, looking at the map for a brief moment as Koil Solus pondered over it.

The Mandalorians next words and suggestions made Devrim think. Truth be told, he had little information on exactly where the Alliance was going after evacuating everything — the Rebel Commander's only directive was to evacuate his moon base. "I'm not sure what Commander Ion has planned for the rest of the evacuated bases, but I have a plan for Phaeda." Moving to the blue map, Devrim pointed at a dot in the Inner Rim. "Word's reached my ears your Mand'alor is launching an assault to retake Onderon. Dxun, its demon moon, was my home — I grew up in a Rebel Cell established there." He moved away from the map, leaning against a deactivated control panel.

"The Dxun Cell is made up of extremists. Since Hugo shut down all their operations, we've heard little to nothing from them for some time. I plan on reestablishing the cell, with the blessing of your Mand'alor, of course." Devrim had yet to speak to Raz Solus herself, but he had seen her at a war council that Greybok held for Kashyyyk. He had heard the stories of her victories and ability to lead her people — the Jedi respected her as a leader.

Taking a step closer to the table with the holographic display he looked between the man and what was before them. Onderon was deffinitly a key target for the Mandalorians which he was confident they would take. Dxun, as far as he knew was a hostile envrionment. Not because of any sith presence but because of the wild life there. It would seem that was shared with the planet it orbited as well.

The cell that Devrim mentioned sounded risky. People tended to develope and become more extreme versions of themselves when isolated. Terrorist cells, picked up specific talents, special operation units did the same thing. There were operators that developed skills like aquatic assualts, or coordinated urban assualts. Either way, the cell could have become more than just specialized in one field of engagement. Their priorities could have changed as well and could spell trouble for the Galactic Alliance.

"You're headed straight there from here?" He looked around, using his whole head for the action so that his tone was not the only thing letting the man know he was skeptical of the movement. "Kind of like arriving on estranged family's doorstep and hoping they set a place at the dinner table for you, isn't it?" If the rebels on Dxun were not so welcoming the Galactic Alliances from Pheada would have no other choice but to probably take the moon by force or risk getting pinched elsewhere. Even worse, they would come to the Mandalorians like beggars and that would certainly do neither faction any favors. But perhaps Devrim had more faith in the transition than the Mandalorian.

To the Mandalorian Field Marshal's question, Devrim paused and eventually shook his head slowly. "I can't move into that territory without first speaking with your Mand'alor. It will be up to her whether the rebel cell, extremist or not, will be allowed to stay on Dxun." The Rebel Commander knew that wasn't quite what Koil meant, but Devrim wouldn't have brought everything from Phaeda there right away either.

"I imagine the supplies from Phaeda will have to stay on the Corvette for a while, at least until things with Dxun are smoothed over. I'm not expecting a warm welcome, certainly not from my former cell." Devrim pushed a button on the map, and the blue glow of the hologram instantly faded as the data was extracted to an external chip. The rebel removed it and placed it into a pouch on his belt. "I'll be going there myself with a few others first. I'll be making an ultimatum with the cell — either they work with my men, or spend the rest of their lives in a Galactic Alliance cell for their terrorist attacks. We can't afford to be compromised again — that mistake's already been made."

While he was speaking of the events surrounding the destruction of the Dantooine cell, Devrim didn't expect Koil to know any of the details. However, here the rebels were again, evacuating due to being compromised. At least they knew it was coming this time. Looking back up at the Mandalorian, the Rebel Commander gave him a nod. "Let's go back down and check on the men. I think our preparations are nearly done."

The sound of an ultimatum only made one side happy. Compromises tended to end with neither side happy. But this was a group that Koil had no experience with. Terrorism too, that was something Koil's own people were branded with. He wondered if in the long run the Galactic Alliance would think the same as the Empire. But there was a chance they would not get that far so it was purely hypothetical at this point and not worth the Echani wasting his time contemplating.

There was little left to do for the mandalorians to assist with. They were here more for additional protection and tying up loose ends. Koil would nod and follow after the Rebel Commander as they headed down stairs. "What have they done that makes them terrorists?" He asked as they walked, referring to the cell.

Stepping down the stairs in the direction of the rest of the crew at the weapons manufacturing section of the moon base, Devrim continued speaking to the Mandalorian. The question he received was an honest one, though one that asked for a bit of history of the Galactic Alliance. "Around the time Mimban was attacked, a few extremists made a bold move to assault an arms factory on Corellia. Though it was a success, the repercussions were devastating."

Reaching the factory area which was now entirely packed up into crates and being shipped out, Devrim continued recalling the story. "The Imperial Republica hunted down the extremists, who fled to a former Rebel base. That base was bombarded until nothing but dust was left. Those extremists now reside on Dxun, where they were ordered to cease all operations by Commander Ion." While perhaps giving Koil some backstory, Devrim knew he hadn't quite answered his original question.

"These extremists, while operating on Onderon previously, didn't discriminate between Imperials and civilians. Collateral damage was nothing to them, a necessary sacrifice." The Rebel Commander hefted a crate onto a nearby repulsor cart. "That was years ago — I'm not surprised they've been forgotten. They must know that if they disobeyed Commander Ion's orders, his wrath would be swift." Picking up another crate, one of the last, Devrim placed it onto the cart. Their work was finished, and Phaeda would be running from here on out with a skeleton crew.

Devrim reached out a hand to shake the Mandalorian's. "You and your warriors' assistance is most appreciated. You have my thanks and that of the Galactic Alliance."
