I can do it, but it wont look very nice no matter how it's done. I suggest just having the signs color changed if you don't like it pink. That, or I could do both for you to compare.

I just need the background to be the concentration, the big pink sign is a complete eye sore and completely draws your eyeline.

Mine pretty much came out the same way(bad). The second still has a neon sign, but it matches the picture so it draws a little less attention.

If you made the text, smaller and to the left of the sign and kept the original white images, they're kind of in the shape of people I guess. It's supposed to be an advertisement for a corporation/science effort for the Diverse Deux Ex RP we're working on launching.
