Quermia...
A beautiful world filled with lush oceans and green gardens, it was a highly regarded vacation destination for beings across the galaxy. As much of a gardener as Drow was, that wasn't what had brought him here. The fact that it was a Sith-held world did.
That wasn't to say that Drow wasn't absolutely loving his cover identity as a helpless tourist strolling through the botanical garden. He saw the biggest poola blossom he'd ever seen before in his life and the sourcane the Quermians had arranged into the shape of a dolphin that somehow looked as though it were travelling through waves of blueberries? Chef's kiss.
Unfortunately, much as he would have preferred to spend all days in the gardens and sampling, he was here on business, as he always was. Unfortunately, being First Shadow didn't come with a lot of PTO time but if it ever did, he made a mental note to come back. He also surreptitiously made a clipping of that poola blossom and slipped it in his pocket, for planting at his home garden in the Shadow base at Ifrane. Sure, one could say he was looting a botanical garden but he preferred to think of it as "liberating a living being from the Empire."
He found a bench near a shady corner of the botanical garden, the prearranged meeting spot, and waited for his contact. Young Lukas Aurelius was a name he'd heard pop up before and thought he might be a good candidate for the Jedi Shadows. Of course, Lukas wouldn't be aware of Drow's purpose here. The Jedi would have only been commanded to meet a contact on this planet and await further instructions. He'd have no idea the contact in question was Drow, and that Drow hadn't actually been publicly exiled years ago like all the rest of the Jedi believed. Instead, Alexandria Voran had appointed him to head the Shadows and, if this mission went well, Drow hoped to add another Jedi to the Shadow's ranks.
