A sudden jolt as the shuttle shifted would suddenly wake Vash Windrider from his brief nap. They had left the bone chilling atmosphere of Hoth, bound for a Bragi class Corvette in close orbit over the planet. The turbulance not only told him they left atmo, but that they had passed the point of no return. Across the cargo bay from him was fellow Sith Kight, @Serie Fond . A fresh faced pretty blond that he knew little else about.

Any moment now and they would be docking with the Deucalian ship. The former Shadow checked his equipment one last time. Standard raider armor, D7 Carbine with two spare power cells, a couple frags and a couple of remote ion mines. All of which were left for him by fellow Sith agents. Added to his was his own personal pistol and of course his lightsaber, the latter of which was hidden by the fur that also concealed much of his armor.

He looked back to his partner once again. "It's time, before be board may I make a suggestion. Form a telepathic connection between one another to avoid radio contact should we get seporated," he would suggest boldly. He would wait a moment for her answer.

Moments later the ship would slow, hover and then land presumably in the bay of the Corvette. Vash stood and waited for the ramp to lower.

Serie grabbed hold of the 'o crap' handle as the ship docked with the corvette. She felt a little itchy in the new armor that she had to wear on the mission, but she realized the importance of the mission and dealt with it. She was unfamiliar with her partner in this mission, himself only being a knight among the order, but she would still treat him with respect. In the order, strength was respected above all else and this man seemed to have plenty.

At his suggestion she nodded, although she was already planning on the same. It only made sense for the two of them to maintain communication throughout the mission. While it was rather simple, and they had the gear they needed provided tonthem by another team, she still would make sure that this whole operation went off without a hitch. She checked her ion mines still attached to her belt and prepared herself mentally for what she was about to do.

As long as she stayed cool and confident everything would be fine she told herself as she descended the ramp behind the other Sith. She exhaled somewhat loudly as she passed by the warriors aboard the corvette, doing her best to fit in and look casual.

Vash gave and nod and a quick smile then turned to lead the way down the ramp. Through the force he would exude a feeling of confidence and pride. To set not only his partner at ease but to seem like another member of the crew, which was light given that they were between raids. Vash and Serie were impersonating warriors who were to rotate out with another pair. As the two Sith walked down the ramp, two more warriors walked up. With little more then a nod. Vash would return the nod and continue out of the loading bay.

The target area was just a couple of levels about them and the back of the ship. Vash would continue walking unassumingly toward a turbo lift and open the door. "This way." he would say softly into Serie's mind. Once both inside he would push a button on the console on the inside of the lift taking them up.

Serie walked along side the other Sith as they made their way towards the turbolift that would take them to the target area. She already was thinking about if there would be an utility hatch she would be able to access once they were there, and hopefully, she was right.

After reaching their desired floor Serie looked at the two separate hallways in front of them. I'll go right, you go left. She sent to him telepathically.

She walked up the hall a little ways before finally coming across a maintenance room near the life support system. She quickly opened the hatch and jumped in. Thankfully she was small enough to crawl through fairly easily. She took the two ion mines off her belt and put them in places where they couldn't be seen. One behind a large group of wires and the other further down hidden behind a large circuit board. She crawled back out of the small area and opened up the hatch again. Looking around she made sure no one was around before exiting the hatch and closing it behind her softly.

"Agreed." He would replied to her in her mind. The left would take him down a shorter hall way. Ending at a doorway clearly marked life support system. Causing Vash to raise an eyebrow and scoff in amusement. Shaking his head he tapped a green button on the console next to the door, causing it to open.

The room was a bit bigger then he expected. The large air scrubber units were toward the center while control units and other electronics were along the walls. Vash looked over his shoulder to check behind him. Seeing no one he placed the carbine down near the air unit. Calling the force to him, he pulled a panel from the wall just enough. With his free hand he took the mine from his belt, primed it and placed it behind the panel. He did the same to a second panel cross from the first.

Assuming his partner had been successful then their task was done. Vash made sure that nothing looked out of place, retrieved his rifle and turned to leave. Walking back down the hall he would wait for Serie at the fork in the corridor and they would retreat to their extraction.

Serie made her way back through the hallway she had just come down and back to the turbolift where her partner was alreadybwaiting for her. She did a quick nod in his direction before hitting the button the open the turbolift doors. When it arrived she quickly got in and hit the button for the floor they were supposed to be on. She wasn't worried though. They had at most taken 3 minutes to do what needed to be done. Not to mention, with nothing amiss no one would have any reason to go ripping the ship up to find and ion mines. Not to mention they'd have to look in rather specific spots. She figured the odds would be something like 700, 523 to one.

As they got back to the floor they were supposed to be guarding, there was still no one in sight. She smiled slightly. Everything had gone off without a hitch just like she wanted. They would stand guard at the post they were assigned until their replacements would finally arrive. They would swap out and go back planetside and disappear before anyone had even known they were there. She was eager to get off the ice planet once they were back planet side. One, to get away from the biting cold, and two, because she was quite excited to return to Korriban with news of a successful mission.
