Sorry Aberforth but I'm not gonna back down from my idea now and from what you and outlander said I will wait but I'm not gonna get some more "experience" knowing that I have some of my own
Just going to chime in real quick here and say that this sort of attitude will ruin your chances at starting a faction just as quickly as poor organization or lack of direction.
Speaking along side Outlander and Aberforth, you will absolutely need more experience before diving into this. Speaking from personal experience, I have 10+ years of experience across numerous RP forums here and there, three of which I have spent here. And in my time here, I have helped manage 3 different faction (two main factions and one Indie), and while I have never been a full fledged faction leader, even the duties of an assistant faction leader can be taxing. It requires dedication, time and, above all else, the willingness to compromise and cooperate.
Claiming you know better than those who have experience in this field - and flatly refusing to take their advice to boot - does not paint you in a flattering light. In fact, such attitudes tend to drive others away from your ideas rather than attract them.
Welcome to the boards all the same though. Enjoy your stay.
