(Plot Discussion) Tales from Ilum

Plot Idea: My character helps 2 or 3 other younger Knights retrieve their Kyber crystals from the planet Ilum.

Jedi
Mission Leader: @Magi (Me) as Klyyd Organa
Other Knights: Open, Open, Open.

Exiles
Apprentice: @Kallus as Vadam Khor

Thread One - Arrival on Ilum: Klyyd Organa and the other Knights land on Ilum and make the trek to the Kyber Caves. Once they get there, Klyyd guards the entrance while the other Knights enter the cave system.

Thread Two - Trials on Ilum: The Knights in the caves are tested physically and mentally before they can retrieve their Kyber crystals.

Thread Three - Encounter on Ilum: Klyyd is ambushed while meditating, and is engaged in a fight with an Exile Apprentice.

Thread Four - Departure from Ilum: The Knights leave the cave and after meeting up with an exhausted Klyyd, the group departs from Ilum.

Epilogue: Separate solo threads regarding the construction of lightsabers.

I'm curious as to how long after the battle of Illum you plan on having this. I'd like to Throw my Exile Vadam in as the adversary, but i don't think he would have stayed on that planet for months.

He could have returned as a scout to see if the Jedi had made a play for Ilum. I dunno just a brainstorm.

EDIT: I would suggest some changes to the threads you mentioned though because in the current structure your own character is not really involved with what happens in the Caves. Just a suggestion, but maybe it'd be nicer if the Exile apprentice is waiting inside the caves and trying to ambush the young (unarmed) knights there. Then your character can swoop in and save the day :)

So:

Thread One - Arrival on Ilum: Klyyd Organa and the other Knights land on Ilum and make the trek to the Kyber Caves. Once they get there, Klyyd guards the entrance while the other Knights enter the cave system.

Thread Two - Trials on Ilum: The Knights in the caves are tested physically and mentally before they can retrieve their Kyber crystals, but just when they've retrieved them an Exile apprentice appears and tries to slay the knights and steal the crystals. Klyyd is alarmed and swoops in to face the Exile apprentice.

Thread Three - Departure from Ilum: The fight ends with Klyyd exhausted, but still alive and the Exile apprentice dead/captured/escaped. The shaken knights help Klyyd back to the transport together they leave Ilum.
