As the shuttle touched down on Ithor Kane was finishing his preparations.

He wore only his armor and Vibro-claws with a mh31 blaster pistol strapped to each thigh. He was a fair shot even if it had been over a decade simce he fired a gun.

He buckled his lightsaber securely to his lower back and put on a large leather duster coat before waiting by the boarding ramp for his two allies.

Tynian came down the ramp wearing his usual deep blue armor and cloak. His lightsaber was hanging on his belt and a grin was on his face. He saw Kane and quickened his step to meet his father, which lightened his mood considerably.
The shuttle ride wasn’t the most smooth this time and Tynian was a bit nervous to see who he would be partnered with on this particular mission. So seeing Kane was a welcome sight for sure.
“Hello Father.” He said as he drew closer, and then joked. “You’re looking young and spry today.”
He looked around the area and whistles in a bit of awe. “Ithor is a beautiful place isn’t it? I’ve never been here before I don’t think. Are the Ithorians as nice and they say? Do they really have heads that look like hammers?”
He stopped knowing the look Kane was giving him, then laughed. “I’m sorry, my curiosity got the best of my tongue again didn’t it?”

Feeling the shudder of the shuttle touching down filled Asher with a sense of nervous excitement. It had been a little while since he had been dispatched on a mission, especially one with as much potential for danger as this one. Although a trip to Ithor might sound like a serene vacation to most, the objective of the Jedi's mission here was very far from it.

Poachers were a scourge across the galaxy as far as Asher was concerned. Barely above slavers in moral fortitude, Asher held a personal vendetta against anyone that would bring harm to nature - especially with outright evil or vindictive motives.

"Their heads do kinda look like hammers," Asher said with a laugh as he exited the shuttle. "Although you probably don't wanna say that to their faces. Ithorians are deceptively strong. I arm wrestled one once. Did not go well."

Giving his companions a smile, Asher looked around for a moment before shrugging his shoulders. "So how far away is their encampment?" Reading mission briefings was never Asher's strong suit. Reading in general, actually.

Kane laughed at Asher's responce to Tynian, it was good to see more Jedi with a sense of humor. In spite of his own reputation for being a hardass he knew it was good to be able to laugh.

"It's in a clearing a few miles west from here, I imagine there will be a heavy amount of enemies there so we will need to have a plan forst and foremost. We should also absolutely NOT show up looking like Jedi."

He chuckled at the last suggestion. With his armor, pistols and long coat on he looked like any random bounty hunter. Tynian's cloak and armor were far enough from Jedi gear to pass himself off as a mercenary of sorts, and with the Hutt's bounty on lightsabers it was completely plausible that a skilled mercenary could have taken one from a Jedi and learned how to use it.

As for Asher, Kane was not sure how to make him blend in. But that was what brainstorming was for.

"Anyone have any ideas as to how we should infiltrate this poaching ring?"

Tynian smiled at the newcomer. He was pleasant and had a sense of humor. Tynian liked him right away. “I’m glad someone likes jokes other than me.” He looked at Kane and nudged the older Jedi with his elbow.

As for making Asher look disreputable... “A little kid goes a long way. Go get yourself super dirty, including your cloak and clothes. Find a stick you can use for a cane, then turn on foot in to face the other, and limp on it.” Tynian explained... “No Merc likes anyone that may have a disease, so they won’t pay attention to you if you play the part.”

He then looked at Kane. “Do we have anything to sell that would get us in?”

Asher listened to his companions speak, pondering what the best course of action might be given the information each of them provided. Trying to storm the encampment was an obvious route and a terrible one, Asher disregarding it almost instantly. Sneakery was possible, although even with with most adept rogue-like attempt sheer numbers would probably beat them eventually.

"We do have something to sell that could get us in." Ding. Lightbulb. "Me," he said, pointing at himself with his thumbs. "You two could pose as poachers who've been here for awhile, and you heard about these new guys moving in and making a name. Could tell 'em you found me somewhere remote. They likely never seen a person like me before so they could believe I'm some long lost thing."

Asher finished his string of thoughts with a shrug of his shoulders. It all kind of came out one right after another, he didn't really give it much intense thought - at least not like you'd do with most plans you wanted to succeed. "I bet we could get the leader to send out some guys to scout, thinning the encampment a bit. By the time we came back we could have cleared out the rest of the jerks and they'd likely turn tail and run." Asher whipped his own tail out to the side as he said that, giving the two more experienced Jedi a playful smile. "Just a thought, anyway. I'll follow your guys' lead if you have a better idea."

Tynian looked at Kane as Asher posed his idea to them. He smiled and nodded, “That’s not half bad. I rather like it.”
He then went to the shuttle and pulled out a pack that held their climbing gear from the last mission.
Inside was some rope,
“We could tie him up with this, not too tight of course, and then put his lightsaber up his sleeve so he will have it when the need arises.”
He looked at the trees then back to Asher. “So how close are we to the encampment, so that we know when to tie you up.”

Kane chuckled a little about the plan, it was smart. Having the furry humanoid in the group pretend to be some sort of captured beast was the kind of plan that the old Crusader figured could even get you into a high security detention block on some sort of massive space station....if such a place existed that is.

"An excellent plan. Asher is should take the lead here seeing as he is going to be the one bound."

Kane went about double checking his gear before they left for the poachers encampment.

"Alright then," Asher said taking the rope from Tynian. Using his tail, Asher bound his hands behind his back in a tight-looking but actually mildly loose knot. It would look to the poachers that he was securely bound, but Asher would be able to remove himself from the bondage whenever the time was right.

Leaving extra slack in the rope, Asher tossed it to Kane to make the get up more believable. If he actually were a captured beast or slave, his new owners would be sure to keep a hold on his trappings.

Leading the other two Jedi towards the poacher's encampment, Asher mostly remained quiet. Being his usual jovial self wouldn't really sell the idea that he was being held against his will and marched to inevitable enslavement. As they approached the encampment, Asher let out a small sigh before sending a quick telepathic message to his compatriots.

"You too will need to lead the way from here. Hope you got some silver tongues fellas."
