i didn't read the article but i'd still like to comment.

In all honesty, the whole concept of "pedo-bear" has disturbed me from the beggining. It seems to me that it's an 'internet justification' for liking to intrude on the privacy of anyone AND/OR externalize one's need to watch small children.

If the police warned against it, they had every right too. It is obvious how a truly twisted person could use the 'pedo-bear' concept as a form of manipulation.
