My regular instructor keeps bugging me to take my 500 to a tactical shotgun course, but I have to get some new shell caddies first. Your own weapon?

I have a 12 Gauge Remington Model 1100 shotgun seen in the video as well as a .22 Caliber Diamond Jubilee Model 6060 rifle. I had to drive an hour and a half just to get to this range. So I went all out and bought tons of ammo, I was probably out there four-five hours sighting in my new .22 scope and playing with my shotty. :) Looking to buy a higher caliber rifle here soon, the .22 is fun but feels very....small.

EDIT: Really disliked having to be seated to fire the shotgun, it really did a number on my shoulder.

Shotgun always does a number on my shoulder. I got an SW:M&P 15-22 as an understudy to my duty weapon and I love it. Twenty-two is small, but you know what I can do with it that I can't do with a .223 or a 12 guage? Afford it. I take classes and try to make it to the range pretty regularly, but luckily I've got options, and none of them are too far.

Here's the first civilian rifle course I took last year:

And this one was a low light rifle I took last month:

Not so much horrible as unfortunate. We can't all grow glorious beards.

What secondary to you carry Loco?

.223 is essentially a 22 bullet with more powder behind it. Love 12 Gauges. I'll post some pics of my weps sometime.

I had a glorious 'Duck Dynasty-esque' beard.....but my wife got tired of it. I feel like half a man with my half-a-beard. :CCry2

I don't have anything against AR's but I LOVE bolt action rifles. My brother has a .308 Bolt Action and it is far and away my favorite rifle. I have an indoor range in town so I've gotten quite adept with handguns, it's very expensive though. About 100$ every time I go. I live in Virginia and there are public gun ranges on almost every WMA unfortunately I live in the one city that's hours away from the nearest one. There are private ranges but they all costs hundreds of dollars in membership fees. I'd really like to find a range where I can do some shooting over 100 yds, gets kinda boring at such a close distance. I'd love to get some classes in distance shooting one day.

Bask in the glory of my face during work hours and snap chatting, because I'll probably commit suicide if I don't snap alll day.
