Daemon kept quiet as he walked threw the area, despite he was an ex-mandalorian and has force sensitivity he still get nerve wrecked when he walks threw areas alone, wearing his dark tunic he walks threw till he trips over an area and bumps into a man with a lady friend along with another person. He overcomes the nerve to pull up his arkanian blaster, and reluctantly get's up,he then look at the man

"Heh" "Um sorry about that, specially barging in this date with the lady friend of yours...err."

He looks around feeling awkward, and decides to introduce himself,so he won't have a bunch of people pointing blasters at him

"My name is Daemon Drexl, I'm just a freelance who does odd job's for groups,I really was bored on my home Taris and came to this world to explore, though I'm starting to have my regrets...err sorry about tripping and bothering this..meeting..never knew despite all this stuff in the galaxy, the galaxy itself is BORING"He looks around and tells them what he overheard

"Well I heard ya guys need a ship,so...I got myself a nice smuggler classed ship with it;s turrents, nothing to shabby,but...a man's gotta make a livivng ya know?"

OOC:If you want to think of the ship's apearance,it's like the Ebon Hawk, but a bit smaller and it's red and black

He shutters and awaits the man's response

Rosa was about to speak to LFN when some newcomer, one that seemed older then Kemp, but more inexperienced of sorts, bumbled into the elevator. Before any of them could react, the newcomer started to ramble and talk about himself. Rosa gave the newcomer a questioning glare. "Ah'm sorry, we weren't speakin with ya. Also, none of us need a ship. So shoo, go off and do what eva ya please. Ah'm tryin to conduct business here." Turning her attention back to LFN, she nodded in agreement with his earlier statement. "Ah agree, this 'ere group has turned inta somethin unique. Or crazy. Ah can't tell ta the difference myself." Rosa turned her attention back to Kemp, who had agreed to her terms. "Great~! Ah could use ta cash anyways, and an escort job should be pretty easy. So, Kemp, do ya know where we're goin?

(OOC: Revan, you'd probably want to read the last two pages of the RP before posting your introduction post. Just saying.)

OOC:No need for such rude posts about me,pardon me for trying to get into a rp,and frankly I have, and I'll I did was introduce myself, and trying to rp,if you find that offensive then I apologize for your views towards a newcomer, and besides nobody was freakin on and I wasn't rambling about myself

He get's a bit mad at the snobbish lady who gave him a questioning glare

"Listen sweetheart" He muttered "I may not be your typical average scout, but instead of shooing me off you spoiled bounty hunter princess, but I was just walking around here till I tripped, and I only introduced myself so I don't need no insane group pointing a bunch of blasters at me" His mandalorian temper somewhat near getting off

OOC:I wasn't rambling by myself and your rude intrusions about me are just messed up,pardon me for bieng a newcomer

((It's all cool, no need to get our nickers in a bunch here.))

LFN's thoughts were suddenly interrupted when someone stumbled into them and he focused entirely on him. He was friendly at first it seemed, too friendly as he talked on. Then the female hunter spoke, then the new comer, then LFN decided to step in as he stepped past Kemp and towards Daemon, looking him up and down. He was taller then LFN, but did it matter?

......

"He certainly does. Though... crazier things have happened."

Who he was talking too there was left in the air.

"As for you... Daemon Drexl, was it? You're quite open about yourself to some individuals you don't even know. In the end though, more people just means we just have to split the payment into less payments."

He then drew his wrist blade on his left wrist, aiming it back some towards the new man.

"Perhaps I should split you into fewer parts."

Letting a few seconds fly, his blade quickly retracted and he backed off, letting out a slight chuckle and shook his head.

"Relax, big guy. I'm just screwing with your head."

OOC:Thanks phil,and sorry,just a new comerr

He looked around and looked at the man,at first a bit shocked and pulledo ut his blaster when the man pointed the bade at him,but instead of pulling his blaster he accidently pulled out his father's lightsaber and it was ignited

"Crap"He muttered

He gave a smirk at the guy's remark on open, what he just revealed is nothing to which he really was,but with the lightsaber out in the air he wuickly retracted it

"Umm...That saber....I'm no jedi, and I certainly don't need any payment so if you think I need some sort of job, guess again, and What I just told you is nothing to which I normally am,though I admit my intention to come to you guys was a clumsy come on,and I will repeat I'm not some cryptic jedi"

He waited the man's response on his lightsaber

Rosa's smile dropped from her face and was momentarily replaced by a look of annoyance and slight rage. Sighing she turned her attention back to the big... robot... guy.... person. "Ah don't care how ya split it, Ah'm getting 500 credits. Y'all can sort ta rest among yerself." As she stood around watching for signs of hostility, she watched as the big robot guy person say something to the panicky newcomer. The panicky newcomer, true to what Rosa thought of him, panicked rather quickly and drew out a lightsaber. Chuckling at the sight she couldn't help but let out a small ribbing. "Man, Ah'll never get tired o' bein paired up with guys that don't know what they're doin with a lightsaber. Say, you wouldn't happen ta be a Mandalorian, would ya?" Continuing to chuckle, she turned to the big robot person guy to ask him what he had said to Daemon that had made him panic so much, when she realized that she had never asked him for his name. "'ey Armor, Ah'm sorry, but Ah didn't catch yer name earlier."

(OOC: Revan, mate, Chill. I'm not insulting you or your character by having Rosa call your character a newcomer and shooing him off. That's an IC reaction. If I were to say something, I'd use one of these here OOC footnotes.)

((I think we should wait for Deathtoll to post after this quickie of a post I will make.))

Looking over his wrist where his blade was hidden, LFN turned towards the woman who asked for his name. Not too many asked for his name, but he decided to humor her, as well as the others.

"My name is unimportant, But you and the others may call me LFN-452. LFN for short, and I'm just as fleshy as you are under this armor. My... new name you could say throws others off at times."

He said, his hand shooting upwards towards Rosa for a handshake as soon as he spoke his name. It would not be the first time he was mistaken for a droid due to his new name.

((OOC: was waiting for jonnysaurusrex, but will do this quicky here.
and like y7 said, my IC response does not reflect upon my OOC views. and thanks phil))

When the armed newcomer had originally bumped into him, Kemp stumbled back with a raised guard; his arms fluttering up into fighting stance with flapping sleeves, too long for his short teenage human arms. Kemp was tired of being greeted by a gun to the face ...or back.

Relaxing his guard as the others acknowledged Daemon, Kemp sunk into the background. The group had begun to morph into a small mob, lacking the unity and focus of each individual as they turned to their own goals. One had mentioned a ship. Another seemed content on their own pay, regardless of the others. Another still was friendly, but how long would that last. They were all bounty hunters, and they couldn't be trusted. Besides, Kemp wasn't expecting to go into battle here or anything. Bounty hunters without a target always settled for the closest thing. And all the while, the others were discussing or bickering amongst themselves, Kemp was off in the background of the resemblance of what once was some kind of street intersection.

He looked for the signs he was given via messages. Something to do with the color yellow, the material of paper, and the image of a falcon. Ugh.. everything was so torn to rust and ash, Kemp believed he'd need a miracle to find the discreet entrance. He looked down alleyways, over shredded wire-lines, metal posts, and discolored posters. Nothing coming close to what he sought, at least as obvious as those three clues, could be seen.

Kemp dragged his feet as he walked across the street, stopping in front of an old news stand. The small structure's name was worn out, and the letters were half missing. Though some letters spelled 'ptors' 'iv', there was still the outline of the missing pieces of molded and melted light brown paint. It might have spelled 'Raptor's Dive'. But Kemp stood there underneath his hood and layers of clothing facing the others, with his back to the place.

"Whoa! Who's payin who here?"

Kemp's voice echoed from across the street with a hand stretched out, having heard the subjects of credits and splitting parts. He knew he was paying Rosa, but was a little confused as to the others' suggestions. Though he didn't want them to follow him into the hidden 'Strip' marketplace, being the closest way of describing it, Kemp was prepared to bring them along if it meant finding them articles that were to their interest amongst one of the many vendors that would pay them off. ...If he could just figure out where the damn entrance was.

"Well, naturally compensation would be welcomed for our services."

Clint was beginning to regret throwing his hand in with this lot. So much squabbling.

OOC: Kind of busy, so sorry for the short post.

Rosa smiled at LFN's answer. "Right~ Mind if Ah call you Len though? It's easier to say then LFN and ya never know when the coupl'a seconds ya save pronouncin names might come in handy. It also looks 'bout the same if Ah write it down." With that, her attention shifted to Kemp. She watched as he searched around for the entrance, appearing somewhat lost. "'ey, Kemp, mind tellin exactly what'cha lookin for? We can probably find it if ya tell us and let us help. Also, regardin pay, Ah dunno how that came up. Ah guess that ta rest of 'em heard me as Ah discussed prices and they assumed they we're gettin paid too."

"What ever would suit you, Madame."

LFN said, though he had to keep his laughter inside his head for this. LEN, one letter off from his actual name. Not only was it genius, but he seemed to have gotten close on this little thing these others had got. His interest in the man with the lightsaber lost, he once more turned towards Kemp as he stepped forward some.

"That would be nice. I've passed through here quite a few times, though from the way you've been acting, I'm assuming you are on borrowed time. So what say you spit out what's on your mind and perhaps you can seek what you are looking for. If you're lucky, I may have heard of it."

It was almost a shame, as neither of these three seemed to be too recognizable and had no prices on their heads. Payday would have to come another time unless he could find something or this Kemp or Clint had something to offer.

Kemp sighed. It seemed he couldn't avoid it. They were all following him around in hopes of finding something worth while. And why not? There was nothing worth while on this level of the planet except this one strip of hidden traders. Taking a couple steps out just off the curb, but still with his back to the building there, Kemp looked down at his disguise and began searching through the layers. Lifting two thick crisscrossing arms of cloak, shoving his right hand under and up in to feel his chest, he was looking for it. His hand shifted, unusually, all around the front of his body.

"eh... where is it?"

He first whispered to himself, though audibly enough for the others to hear. He looked like an orangutan scratching himself voraciously. Angling his body now, contorting to reach certain unreachable parts within the layers, Kemp tossed one layer over his shoulder (without thinking) to help in his search. With this act, some might have seen the slight glimmer of his training saber hilt; though his angle was not facing them all at this moment, and soon the layer slid back down again into place.

"Ah! Here. This!"

Kemp stuck out his hand, holding a small fist-sized yellow paper-folded bird. What he meant to say was exactly what was told to him. He was looking for something that represented all these characteristics. But instead he just held out the paper bird with a stupid grin, expecting them to read his mind. Unaware of his shortcoming, Kemp's squinted shut eyes in that idiotic smile slowly cracked open one at a time; wondering why no one had immediately said anything.

Rosa started to chuckle as she watched Kemp search himself over for something, making himself look like some stupid animal, and as she had a laugh at his expense, she failed to notice the lightsaber.

After a few seconds, she stopped chuckling as Kemp pulled out a folded piece of paper, holding it with a look of stupid victory. It was yellow and in the shape of a bird, although of what type Rosa couldn't tell. "Uhhhhh, Kemp, sweetie, Ah can't read yer mind. Ah don't think anyone here can. So would you mind givin us a little insight as ta what da 'ittle bird in yer hand is supposed ta mean?"

LFN remained silent, but had crossed his arms and kept a start on Kemp. He had still not said anything on what he was looking for and he preferred not to repeat himself for the man to just spit it out. His focus was now on him and Rosa, nothing else as he waited for Kemp to make more sense of his words.

"Oh! Uh, right."

Kemp took the paper falcon out of his palm and pinched it in-between two left fingers, and began to look around again. He was still reluctant to share. He didn't want to draw any attention to himself or his intentions here, and figured there was a potential for danger; however slight. He sighed, finally giving in; though trying to still keep his identity a secret.

"Huhh... I've been in contact with a 'Ersatz'. Not sure if that's his real name or an alias, but he's got some ...parts I need. He gave me instructions to make this and told me it would lead me to the hidden entrance to 'The Underworld'. ..Some kind of high-rollers-only trade market strip. Supposed to be like two or three blocks long, and almost completely cut off from the rest of this level."

Kemp's head was on rotation during that entire speech, finally arriving back onto the paper in his hand. Giving the bird a fowl look of frustration, Kemp just couldn't figure it out.

"...The only thing is... I can't find anything that resembles the color yellow, a falcon, or paper..."

Kemp shuffled his feet underneath himself, turning only to look about their surroundings totally lost. Where they now stood was like a street intersection that had not seen activity in decades. His eyes drifted from his companions to the bland background, but just then his spine ticked. He got the quick chills, and noticed his arm hairs feel a static current. It was a strange feeling of warning ...for what, he did not know.

Rosa's look was one of deep thought as she contemplated the new info. After a few seconds, the expression turned into a wide grin. Nodding as if she realized something, she spoke up. "Well~ Ah got not clue. Howeva, the name Erstaz sounds familiar. Doesn't it mean copy or somethin?" Shrugging she took out her helmet and pulled the hood of her cloak down. Putting on the helmet it let out a quiet hiss as it sealed while the HUD powered up. Turning to LFN, she motioned for him to help. "Hey Len, come ova here and help me. Ah ratha have two people searchin then one."

Having listened to the entire conversation, LFN uncrossed his arms and approached the two, looking towards past them and down one of the streets. He focused some and nothing was popping in his head, except the voice that he answered to out loud.

......

"I thought as much."

......

"It's not a concern, we have nothing better to do."

......

"We're helping them... for now."

With the voice in his head now subdued, he shook it and turned towards Kemp. He knew of the place, but that was really it.

"The Underworld, you say? I've heard of it. Never been to it though, not every day you see a rodian bounty hunter walk down the high rollers street. But... I think it may be easier to find then you let on..."

Kemp looked to them both, unsure of their suggestions but not adverse to the help. He placed his hands upon his hips and turned around.

There! There it was again! With that shrill of raging alarm and bubbling skin bumps, Kemp's head was forced to roll up to the buildings' higher levels available to their own respective level. Something was off...

Stepping back into the doorless building, Kemp snuck but inches out of sight and off of the street; from under the doorway, his eyes frantically searched for the reason why he could not shake this killer feeling within.

LFN - "The Underworld, you say? I've heard of it. Never been to it though, not every day you see a rodian bounty hunter walk down the high rollers street. But... I think it may be easier to find then you let on..."

"Not every day you see a Rodian out of the garbage bins, either! Bet you'd find -that- easy to find. Ha!"

The echoing mechanical voice of an Anomid spewed out over the intersection with a vile satisfaction. Showing himself confidently but at a distance, above the first tier of signs along the building Kemp now covered under, his prominent black eyebrows rolled with excessive expression. His exposure was initiation to an obvious ambush, as he raised a right arm out to the ones in the center of the intersection. Four others would begin to show themselves on all sides of the intersection, peering their modified rifles and pistols around corners. One Balosar could be seen with two blaster pistols, standing behind a long broken light post; his antenna wobbling randomly. Two different Barabels were also seen, one with a personal repeating blaster rifle and the other a flame carbine. A rather large Cathar could also be seen with a holstered blaster pistol, instead patting a gargantuan metal hammer with an underside spike into his left palm. The Anomid seemed very lightly defended, if carrying any weapons at all; though he spoke for the bunch.

"Are you lost?"

The Anomid addressed the two that remained in the center of the intersection, Kemp seemingly going unnoticed as of yet as he crouched down still mostly in the doorway. Kemp let Rosa and LFN see him shake his head 'no' as to his whereabouts. Whether his companions took that to mean that he was some helpless kid like he seemed or that he wanted to use this position to all of their advantage ...was up in the air. They couldn't exactly 'huddle up' to make a game plan, and Kemp had yet to learn the subtle art of communicating through minds alone.

For now, everyone seemed to be waiting for the go-ahead to fire...

Rosa was searching when she heard a voice ring out. Turning around, she spotted 4 people. Quickly, she drew her two revolvers and kept them at her side. Spotting Kemp hiding in a doorway, she sighed, hoping that he was trying to ambush them and not chicken out.

Looking at the enemies, she leaned in close and quietly whispered to LFN. "Alright Len, here's what Ah've got in mind. Ah'll take kitty and his dual blasters while you take cover. Afta Ah've punched a few holes in 'is chest, Ah'll take cover too. From there on, we just shoot till they all drop dead with our guns. OK, that sound good? Alright, good."

Without waiting for an answer, Rosa suddenly pulled her two revolvers up, sighted the Cathar, and squeezed the trigger. A pair of loud cracking noises filled the street as one hole suddenly appeared in the side of the Cathar's head while a similar sized hole punched into the wall behind it. As the bullet's entered, the other side of the brain erupted sending blood and brain matter all over the street, followed by the Cathar's head landing on the street. As if a bomb was dropped, the entire enemy side scrambled, took cover, and began to fire back. Rosa took cover behind a nearby pile of crates and contemplated the most luckiest shot she had seen so far.
