To meet with a supply and demand, and need to have more options when it comes to filling command slots there will be a few bumps coming up this week.
This will primarily be most noticeable with Navy forces at first, as the need to fill in certain holes is needed.
remember that ranks of Lt.CMDR and up hold some form of ability to command, starting on the low end from a starfighter squadron and up to entire sectors as a high admiral, Captain level would be able to command small patrol groups, and or as a secondary under a higher ranked fleet commander. ( and are eligible to " take over" in a battle group should the main commander vanish, and they are the " second highest PC "
Ground based bumps will mainly focus on the basic army classes, the basic forces, though not as specialized, as RMC, or SOLAG are, still the dominant and largest force by far, and will still be seen ground side in most situations, and serve as a primary " go to" for dealing with planetary defenses ( as PC, or NPC groups)
these should be all done by Wednesday .
