D'Arial is a slim, small woman with very sharp facial features. Unless you are close to her, not many people are fully aware of her actual appearance, as A'Arial is hidden underneath the Queenly gowns and heavy make-up that is required to be Queen. Her wardrobe has a vast variety and she's very rarely seen in anything more than once. Her skin, underneath the make-up is deathly pale.
PERSONALITY:
In the past, the former Queen's of Naboo have been gentle by nature. They've had a certain innocence about them due to their younger age. D'Arial, on the other hand, is the polar opposite of this. What she lacks in physical power, she makes up for in her strategy planning and her willingness to make sure she comes out on top. A'Arial is an unpredictable sort of person; her advisors never really know if she'll react postively or negatively to situations at hand. If she believes that people are crossing her, or undermining her authority as Queen, she will be sure to abuse her position of power to make them understand a little clearer. Despite her ruthless nature, A'Arial is independent and speaks up for her rights. She is head-strong and majority of the time, A'Arial genuinely believes that her ways and values are correct. She doesn't perform acts as an act of cruelty; rather she believes that whatever it is she is doing has a purpose.
BIOGRAPHY:
Groomed and pressed towars to the target of becoming Queen at a young age, D'Arial has lived in a very ruthless environment most of her life. Her Mother and Father raised her to stay on top, no matter what situation she lands in. The day she was born, her Father had already enrolled her in the Naboo handmaiden program. She began studying at the age of 13 and excelled at nearly every subject. D'Arial was constantly the apple of her parents eye; the Governors of Naboo were incredibly keen to have her serve the-then Queen of Naboo the moment she turned 16.
Upon serving the Queen, D'Arial managed to support her and tended to her every needs; more so, she believed, than any other hand maiden. D'Arial's parents tragically died when she was 17 years old; they had gotten involved with a bounty hunter and were eventually tracked down and paid for credits they had stolen. The Queen helped D'Arial overcome the loss of her parents. With the help she received, D'Arial knew that she owed the Queen a lot. She was flawless and very kind. This is where the problem began. Thousands flocked to Theed Palace to celebrate the Queen on her numerous celebrations. They made banners and provided her with gifts...it was in this moment that D'Arial realised she'd never be as loved as the Queen. Even if she managed to become Queen herself, she wasn't phyisically able to be as kind and generous as the Queen was.
Eventually, many years later, the Queen died under mysterious circumstances. It isn't quite known why or how she died, but the only thing the people of Naboo and the Governors knew was that the Queen had requested that A'Arial follow in her footsteps and take to the throne. She was crowned and officially announced Queen at the age of 24. Since then; D'Arial has vowed to be the Queen that the Naboo people deserve. She vowed to rule with the respect the planet deserves. Despite this, D'Arial hasn't gained a "loved" reception from the people. She has instead gained a rather "feared" reception. Her volatile nature (which has been presented in front of the people numerous times) has made the people of Naboo celebrate the royal leader of Theed less and less.
With the ghosts of her parents and the former Queen haunting her future and past footsteps, D'Arial is faced with a difficult choice. She must become the Queen her predecessor once was; or become the Queen her parents raised...
SKILLS:
Well spoken and some slight military knowledge are the main qualities of D'Arial. She doesn't posess any skills in combat or any in politics, but she learned several tactical battle plans from her Father, who served as a soldier for the Republic many years before D'Arial was born. Being well spoken may not be considered a skill to most, but to A'Arial, her words are her greatest weapons. Trickery are often used in what she promises; it would take an incredibly intelligent person to truly see through the Queen, unless they had heard of her nature beforehand.
RELATIONSHIPS:
D'Arial has no close friends and no relatives. The people she is surrounded by are the people who serve her as Queen. Her handmaiden's remain loyal to her, but D'Arial barely lets them get close to the "real" her. D'Arial lives a very lonely life within Theed Palace, she spends many times pacing the hallways and roaming the gardens.
SHIPS:
Although not "technically" owned by her; being Queen allows D'Arial access to numerous ships. The Naboo Royal Starfighter's are at her command, along with the Naboo Royal Starship IV. Despite this, D'Arial posesses no flying ability and must rely on her Naboo guards to escort her from place to place.
