I am interested in making a Geonosian character and i am seeking help to clarify the history and current timeline. Also,
+ Can a P.C. along with NPCs retake a planet?
+ How many NPCs can one P.C. have?
+ Is the Geos weapons seen in The Clone Wars the same in the O.R. era?

1. Can a PC along with NPCs retake a planet

--No, probably not. Retaking planets is something generally reserved for faction-level involvement, such as what the Jedi recently accomplished with Ithor.

2. How many NPCs can one PC have?

--In terms of using said NPCs as an advantage, 0. NPCs mean almost nothing even in a faction-vs-faction environment. Your character could have a slave or a droid or something of that nature, but them commanding a fighting force or a squad by themselves isn't realistic.

3. Are the Geonosian weapons from TCW the same as in the OR era?

--I'd probably go with no. The sonic weapons (the ones I'm assuming you're talking about) used by the Geonosians in TCW were completely overpowered, one shot kill weapons. They wouldn't be allowed here in that capacity. For more in-depth rules regarding sonic weapons, I'd consult a tech admin.
