[Celeste Stythani]

The boy didn't seem fully convinced even after Celeste had tried her best to comfort him. He needed another wave of reassurance from Kat herself before he dared to speak. Once he had started, he immediately seemed to be getting more comfortable, so that Celeste leaned back with a grin and listened attentively.

It didn't go unnoticed that Jedi Knight Tonor seemed to be a little wary of her, or at least that was how Celeste interpreted her lingering gaze. She ignored it for now, hoping that the Knight would simply ask if there was anything bothering her and Celeste was always willing to explain anyway. She hadn't brought her lightsaber yet, but since their little journey could become perilous, she definitely planned on grabbing it. Celeste threw Kerk a thankful glance for his elaboration while a soft smile was still on her lips.

[Katherine Stargazer]

Kat blanked out for a moment, pondering the curious patterns of chipped rock that made up the carved walls of the dwelling. Eventually, she recalled that she was supposed to be listening to something and blinked, rolling her head on her shoulders in a stupor.

Kerk babbled some more words, seeming pleased with himself. "Yep! It's on my tribe's territory right now, and we think we can hold it for at least three or four seasons!" The boy exclaimed because that was quite a long time to hold non-core territory on Rattatak. "I can lead you there if you want?" He asked innocently, but Kat saw the glint in his eyes.

She snickered and just about made the gesture to send the kid away; Kat didn't want to owe his tribe any favors! However, she stopped herself at the last second because she was not even particularly clear where the boy's tribe was, let alone this mountain in the mountainous world. So Kat will allow a favor, for she is gracious and kind and very smart.

"Good! Then prepare for the journey, child, we will set out soon enough, and I will call on you to fulfill this commitment." Kat proclaimed seriously, and the boy nodded before scuttling off. Kat turned her attention to her companions, her face suddenly devoid of any seriousness she was just presenting. "Are we ready to go now, or do we want to take the chance to rest for the day?" She asked, ready for either option.

[Edaara Tonor]

Edaara was quiet for a moment, contemplating. She watched the boy curiously. She knew little about Rattatak culture, but the boy was mostly easy to read.

“I think it would be best to head towards the cave now,” she replied. She knew she had said earlier that she would like to rest but seeing as things had changed, she figured it would hurt no one to go out now.

“The Jedi can repay you for your help if you take us there safely,” she said to Kerk, standing up.

[Celeste Stythani]

Celeste followed the conversation attentively, also noticing how Kat innocently drifted off which made a smile cross her lips again. Sometimes she forgot how young her friend was, but despite her adorable, bubbly manner that sometimes shone through again, she knew that the young woman could also be a fierce, strong and reliable leader if needed.

While Kerk was sent away to ready himself, Celeste gazed shifted back to the Jedi, wondering how she would react now. She knew how tiring long journeys could be, so she wouldn't blame her for wanting to rest, but it also seemed as though the Knight was interested in getting it over with and as she finally answered, Celeste rose. "Very well, then we'll depart right away. We should only grab the necessities as traveling beneath the Rattataki sun can sometimes become very exhausting" she remark with a polite smile, waiting for Kat to follow her gather the supplies and maybe have a quick private chat.
