I don't think Brit/Admin Matt (aka Limey) saw this...

At any rate, your avatar is actually one of the best images I've seen of David Lloyd George. AND we have him to thank for his foundations in creating the 'welfare state.' I was going to tie in how our 28th president, Woodrow Wilson, (who really was the front runner for the Progressive Movement) to Sir George, but that's another thread.
