Rebel Scum...?

Hi all, I have half an idea for a planet in imperial space, wracked by local rebellion but not much more significant on the galactic scale. The point of it would be to allow for Imperial Legion to do some story-driven Legioning on a more Legionary scale, in a safe PvE environment.

My request from you is two-fold:
1) does such a planet exist already? (to save me doubling up)
2) if you are interested in collaborating (whether in planet creation or the subsequent rebel hunting), drop me a line

well Kann is always down for rebel hunting and I don't know about the planets though

I may be interested in playing opposition, if you guys want any. I've always wanted to run an ongoing story of insurgency on a smaller-than-galactic scale, like on a single planet or system. I've tried kicking up interest a few times, but to no avail.
