It seems like the time has come where people are looking towards their governments for help and their governments aren't delivering.

China and Britain both are predicting riots this summer it seems.

I don't think the public (American that is) cares enough to riot, unless millions more lose jobs within the next year. Most of us are content to just sit at home and fiddle around on the computer all day, or watch tv.

For some reason, our local economies here in Louisiane are thriving. Because we have oil business here, and no car plants or a lot of big corporations (Wal-Mart, McDonalds, Starbucks). We haven't seen an economic boom in Louisiane like this in decades.

It's not really that easy mate. I've been looking for jobs everywhere in my state and none are highering. Quite literally there are "bag boys" at groceries stores that are 50 year olds with masters degrees because it's the only job they can get.

Seriously? Over here in Lafayette, New Orleans, Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, there is not enough workers to fill all the jobs we need. Not to mention our rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. Since we are booming, it is the perfect time to secede again, the North is just going to either drag us down or we get flooded with carpetbaggers for jobs. It will be like the North is Mexico in a few years. Canada, secure those borders now!
