Recommend any Headphones?

My headphones have failed me...again.

This is the second time within a year that my earphones have gotten to the point where sound suddenly won't come out of one earbud. Hearing music with only one ear just isn't right.

So I'm actually going to *gasp* buy a decent pair instead of using the ones that come in the box with some Apple products, because evidently they are not reliable. -_-

Does anyone recommend any certain brand of headphones that will be reliable and actually worth my money? I prefer the ones that go in the ear instead of over the ears by the way, just to let you know.

Not an expert, I usually buy the Gummy brand at walmart they are pretty inexpensive and usually last me about a year. Nice and comfortable and the sound is pretty decent. Nothing spectacular about them, but they tend to last a long time and are well priced.

Apple headsets are just....terrible.

It depends on how expensive you want to go. If you want to go into high cost territory I can recommend BEATS by Dre, they are a really good set of headsets, and there are ear bud versions though it will run you almost $150.00 USD, the cheapest pair being $99.00 USD, all of them have a built in bass booster and the sound is absolutely phenominal.

Going cheaper I can recommend anything by Skull Candy, they usually come with a life time warranty and I believe they range from $15.00 USD to $100.00 USD, and so far I have heard no one complain about this.

I have Sony ear clips for headsets right now and they cost me $19.00 USD and they work perfectly though I do miss my KOSS ear clips because they have better bass support though I believe they run $45.00 USD or so.

If you want to get into the absurd territory, you can always drop $350.00 USD or more on anything by BOSE.

I have experience with all the above mentioned headsets, my favorites being Beats and KOSS so far. I used to sell them at an electronics store, so I had to know them.

I am all for people using their money on whatever they want, but I will also hold my opinion that Beats headsets are some of the biggest wastes of money. Especially when I see people at school with those and at the same time they are freaking out cause they are running low on money for school when they bought Beats, a brand new MacBook, and all other things.

I just bought these, because they're on sale and my earphones just died on me too. My last pair of $30 earphones lasted me for over a year in not the best conditions, so hopefully these give me the same results.
