Red eyed, Training of Aldracu Kanurn

[AldracuKanurn]

Waking from his sleep, in his small unsheeted bed, Aldracu got dressed and hurried down the hall to get some breakfast. As he picked up his food he noticed that the temple seemed emptier than normal, considering he had rarely ventured out from within his masters sight, Aldracu had not seen another Jedi since his arrival at the temple.

After finishing his breakfast, Aldracu collected his saber and went in search for his master.

 

[Lavi]

She felt the arousal of her padawan for the day. Reaching out into the Force, she projected her location to the padawan. If he makes it to the roof of the temple, he has definite contact through the Force.

 

[AldracuKanurn]

After a few minutes search Aldracu sensed something strange, he didnt understand what it was but he had not felt it before. Considering the emptiness of the temple and this sudden feeling, Aldracu decided that it would be best if he left the temple. Using the excuse that Amaterasu could be within the forest, he talked himself into heading towards the the cave that he was shown the day before.

 

[Lavi]

The moment Aldracu stepped outside, his master's voice stopped him. "Alracu, halt for a moment."

Sitting cross-legged upon the temple roof, Amaterasu was looking down to her apprentice. "Force Jump up here. The base of the technique is simple: concentrate the Force on the soles of your feet, and push it towards the ground. It would help if you leaped along with the push."

 

[AldracuKanurn]

"Why are you up there, master?" he shouted up as he looked down towards his feet. After a few seconds, Aldracu crouched down and jumped up towards the roof, having to jump again off of one of the outstanding pillers to reach the altitude of the tall roof.

 

[Lavi]

"Enjoying the view," the knight answered calmly. "Sit down and tell me: what do you feel from these jungles?"

 

[AldracuKanurn]

He walked up and stood behind Amaterasu upon the roof. "They dont make me feel anything.." he replied slowly staring at the trees. After a few seconds he spoke again "I understand that you wish for me to give you an emotional response but, the feeling i get from the trees is mixed with the feelings other things around me feel."

 

[Lavi]

"What are the other things that you are feeling then?" asked Amaterasu, her expression unchanged.

 

[AldracuKanurn]

He looked away then replied, avoiding the question. "Instead of questioning things around you, look closer and see what lives within and around the trees. Every little animal even the insects have feelings for themselfs."

 

[Lavi]

"Indeed, but those feelings are interpreted differently by different people," answered Amaterasu, "I am interested in your interpretations of those emotions. Don't be shy about it."

 

[AldracuKanurn]

"The forest shows many feelings. Creatures fighting, dieing, hunting. They all just give the feelings of sadness, fear and hatred."

 

[Lavi]

"What feelings do you pick out the most within this forest?" she asked.

 

[AldracuKanurn]

"I sense the Anger, hate, dread and yet at the same time also feel the heppiness of the small creatures not knowing that at anytime, they could become food for a hungry predater. Even though i sense these they do not affect my feelings for the feeling that i hold at this moment, is one i wish to keep until i am one with the force."

 

[Lavi]

"So you are feeling everything, yet nothing?" pressed the knight.

 

[AldracuKanurn]

"What i see and what i feel are two different things" Aldracu lowerd his hood, allowing the sun to colour his, surprisingly, pale face.

 

[Lavi]

"I understand that, but my question still remains: you are feeling everything, yet you're feel nothing at the same time?" Amaterasu reiterates.

 

[AldracuKanurn]

"If you must put it in that way, then yes, what i sense makes me feel nothing." Aldracu looked towards Amasterasu then down towards the temple roof.

 

[Lavi]

Amaterasu turned her head in her padawan's direction, feeling the morning wind blow across her face. "I am curious: what do you wish to achieve as a Jedi?"

 

[AldracuKanurn]

"Knowledge, memorys and a future." He replied quickly, Then sat a few meters away from Amaterasu. The wind blowing his hair behind him cleanly, as though he was perfectly facing the coming wind.

 

[Lavi]

"I would expect more from someone such as you," said Amaterasu. She adjusted herself so that she is looking directly at the padawan. "Tell me. I am here to help and guide you, not merely to teach."
