Reed sank into the seat of the combat simulator. This was going to be interesting. He had selected simulation LC1. He waited and was instantly transported onto the bridge of an extremely real looking ship. He could here the hum of the life support systems and the crew was responsive. It was an extremely well done job in aesthetics. But now it was time for business. Reed familiarized himself with the situation.
"I want the Corvettes to group on either side of the Destroyer. We will stay behind the line. Let them come."
Reed had arranged his force into a simple battle line. From this position, he could launch almost any kind of attack to suit the force of the enemy. Now all he had to do was wait...
