Rekkin Repairs
--Location--
The Rekkin Repair store front is dwarfed by its neighboring properties. Nestled between a junkyard and a warehouse, the small repairs workshop has a single sliding door and glitchy store sign (see image at the top). It is located in the lower industrial sector of Nar Shaddaa and owned by Drom Rekkin. Most passerby’s are blue collar employees of various companies that keep the lifeblood of the system’s upper levels flowing. Seldom is there crime around the area of the repair shop, however the area is often littered with transients looking for a place to lay their head.
The workshop is roughly 400 square feet. Upon entrance to the right there is a small lit display of a few blasters and melee weapons. Towards the center lies a large workstation that takes up most of the space. Two worn out chairs sit next to the station. A very large piece of hardware is located in the far back corner. For those familiar with the equipment would recognize it to be a forge of sorts to meld metal into weapons or body armor.
The workstation has different piles of electronics spread across the surface. Buried in the heap of machining parts is a holo projector solely used to display blueprints of whatever item is currently being constructed or modified. Power tools also rest atop of the station. A few are powered by wired suspended from the ceiling of the workshop.
There is a door on the wall on the far side. Behind it lies a tiny apartment. A kitchen console and a bed are only separated by a few feet.
