That's pretty much my suggestion. That's the place where everyone, including myself, have decided to post questions they have about technical site issues, it isn't quite used for "requests". Simple suggestion, and a small change. I just think it would make more sense that way.

It's still technical help regardless. You could easily have Asking for Technical Help, Needing Technical Help. Whatever verb is used, it's still technical help. I think Aluminum has a point.

From a customer service standpoint, everything posted in that board is a request.

While I don't disagree with that, I still feel Technical Help would be a more fitting name. I'm under the impression that the board was named Technical Requests when users still had to ask the Tech Admins for name changes and the like, which I believe users can do themselves now? It just seems like the board has outgrown its previous purpose and name. Like I said it isn't something huge, as changing the name from "requests" to "help" is just wording, I just think it sounds better.

Technical Requests and Queries maybe?

I personally don't care what it's called, since the board is really quite self-explanatory either way.

Falcon: The requests I've received over the last four years in that board go well and far beyond just name changes. I think it's aptly named.
