Restore Peace to the Galaxy:
100 years ago, the Sith Empire lost a brutal war against the Republic and the Jedi Order. Despite this victory a lot of worlds suffered when the Republic failed to annex old Sith territories and battlegrounds. Telos sits near the borders of new Sith space yet far away from any rebuilding efforts of the Republic. A century has passed and the people of Telos are just now able to get back on their own feet. One or two small cities hold the majority of people still as that was the only place to survive the harsh planet until recently. Recent developments have allowed farms to prop up around the countryside as the world once more is becoming livable to most sentient beings. Grass has grown and new life is forming on the world. We must help the people of Telos prosper and put a military hold on the planet to defend them against the new Sith threat. We cannot allow Telos to suffer the same fate again. It cannot survive another onslaught like the first.
Mission 1: Killer Dustbowl
Telos farmers have found a new life out in the countryside growing food for the cities once more. This allows the planet to pull away from imported food and support itself for the first time in over a century. This new step is uncertain, however, due to various issues that plague the farms. Dust storms from the unstable weather can roll through without notice and strip uncovered crops. This is mostly avoided with the domes built over the plants, but it brings along a second problem. Dust Beetles. These insects get in every crack and move in with the dust storms to do more damage than the storm ever could. To combat this farmers are now using insecticide to kill the pests. It worked at first but a new problem has occurred on Telos - Mutant Beetles.
Objective - Find the source of these mutant dust beetles hitting local farms and destroy them.

Mission 2: Sickness in Citadel City
The capital city for the relatively sparse population of Telos relies heavily on both imported food and newly formed farms on the outskirts of town. New threats have caused farmers to use pesticides to save their crop from various elements on the planet. A sad, unknown side-effect comes in the form of illness to those who eat the treated food. Rather than causing fever, pain, or nausea this new disease causes hallucinations and violence in those affected. Riots have broken out across the city as the ill mindlessly destroy. Put a stop to this one way or another to give the people peace. We have other Jedi tasked with ending the use of the pesticide, but we need to stop the madness in the city as well.
Objective - Find a way to stop the ill from attacking others. Destroy as much of the infected food as possible.

Mission 3: Crippled Defenses
One of the last priorities in a time of peace for a planet like Telos was rebuilding their military defenses. Ruins of what used to be turbolaser banks are now used as farm houses in some places. If this planet is to remain safe during the coming storm it will need a reasonable defensive plan. An old fort outside Citadel City remains empty and rusting by this point. Go there and try to get the weapons back online. Assign locals to the fort and help them learn to operate its systems. We are close to Sith space to beware of any enemy scouting parties like we found near Felucia. Don't let your guard down out there. Local wildlife may also be an issue even if the Sith are nowhere to be found. Who knows what tough creatures have survived the harsh rehabilitated climate of Telos.
