Cart'ar climbed up Kai and jumped just as he was trying to bring his blade over head. Zian blocked it the best she could. "Cart'ar!" She exclaimed. However it was to late he was on Kai's shoulders as he jumped again, catching something that headed straight for them. Zian fell to the ground unconsious, they illusions had stopped.
The little dog landed unscathed, he brought the item to Kai looking at Zian he dropped it and barked. He began to lick her once more to try to get her up, he stopped though and barked again. He had sensed the item beginning to fly, he had tried to get her attention that she needed to stop.

The flying object had caught Kai rather by surprise, had it happened a few seconds later he would have tossed the Ack pup off of his shoulder in annoyance. Opening his eyes he glanced down; the illusions had stopped and Zian had collapsed to the floor. Pressing the activation button on his lightsaber, Kai deactivated the silver blade and placed it back on his belt. Looking down at the small dog, he grabbed the item he dropped and looked at it. Did Zian do this? It would have been quite impressive, the last time they had tried she was still having problems with telekinesis. With a frown on his face, Kai approached Zian's unconscious form on the ground. Sighing, he knelt down next to her and placed a hand on her blue forehead. "Zian, you okay?"

Kai shook her shoulders a little as he tried to get her to awaken. Channeling the Force through his hands and into her, Kai tried to rejuvinate the young Chiss. "Zian, wake up!"

She stirred and open her eyes. "What..happened?" She asked. The dog barked she looked to see the small item by him. Zian didn't remember him fetching anything. 'Did I do that? Maybe that is why he was trying to get my attention.' She thought. She wasn't sure, she only remembered blocking Kai's blade and not much after. "I am sorry." She said. It was her fault she wasn't paying attention to her power use and her dog.. he had tried to warn her. Some how he seemed to sense the force and her using it. She sat up slowly touching the dog after she sat up, he rubbed against her hand then went to lay down. "Father told me he was force sensitive I didn't know how much so though." She said.

"You have nothing to be sorry about, Zian." Kai replied as he held the blue-skinned girl sit up a little. Once she seemed to be up and a little more cogent, Kai smiled at her, "Indeed, he does seem to have some sensitivity to it. As far as what happened all I can guess is that you overexerted yourself trying to focus and draw in the Force. And somehow during the process you caused something to fly. I should be congratulating you, you managed to make something move, that's quite impressive, now if only you could do it more often and without passing out!"

Kai chuckled a little as he patted the young half-Chiss on her head. "How are you feeling, is there anything I can get you? Perhaps we should take a break from lightsabers and move on to some meditating, I don't want you to hurt yourself again. After that we can try something new, yeah?"

She knew she needed to use powers without passing out or lighting up, she wished she knew how. "It seems like he was trying to warn me to stop." She said. She looked at Cart'ar, he seemed to have tried to get her attention to stop. He seemed to realize she was over doing it before she was, something she would have to learn still.
"Maybe some water and a little break is all I need, seems like he can teach me my limits till I learn to sense them myself." She said. Zian pet the dog, he just wagged his tail.

"Hmm, take your water then. We'll have a few minutes to rest and prepare ourselves for the next lesson." Kai remarked as he stood up and walked a few steps away to clear his mind. Taking a deep breath, Kai held his lightsaber in his hand, feeling the contours and grooves of the metal hilt on his skin. He could feel the resonating Solari crystal deep within and the power if the light side of the Force flowing through it. It allowed the Jedi to regain his balance and focus and as he did so he became able to listen to the Force and hear its will. Once he had centered himself and Zian had enough time to rest. He opened his eyes and spoke. "Alright Zian, are you ready to continue training? I think we should work on controlling your illusions and that light you make. Does that sound good to you?"

She sipped the water, then slowly stood. Zian sighed at herself for not paying attention. Kai wanted her to work on some more control, which was a good idea. "Carth'ar should stay I will listen to him this time till I get a better sense of myself." She said, but she was ready to begin.

Sighing a little, the Jedi would nod at the young girl. "Fine, very well. If you are ready we should begin then." Kai stated as he motioned to her to join him in the middle of the room. "I'd like to start by linking with your mind and showing you my thoughts and feelings on how to control the Force again, if that's alright with you? Something for you to base your own sensations off of when you're trying to work your way through it?"

Kai held out his open hands to her, palms raised upwards as he approached slowly waiting for the young half-Chiss to give him permission first before they started.

"Alright." She said agreeing. Zian figured this couldn't hurt to look again to try and find out what piece or pieces she was missing. Softly she touched Kai's hand and took some breaths as she closed her eyes. She figured she need to relax, let the force tell her what it was she didn't see.

Focusing the Force around him, Kai connected to Zian's mind and opened his mind to her. The connection would allow images to flow into her mind, feelings and sensations would flow between the two of them freely so that the half-Chiss would be able to understand what Kai felt when he drew on the Force, when he used it to control, to alter, to sense things. He tried to show her how he did things mechanically using words telepathically, by his feelings and sensations, and by images, which would let her know how he did things. Once he had managed to convey all that he could over his years and years of experiences, going back so far as to his first lessons so she could build from his own learning experiences, he broke the link and looked at her. "Alright, well what do you think? Does it make more sense to you? Think you can give it a shot?"

She could see how Kai used the force, though she understood she didn't know if this worked for her. Zian had a little different way of feeling or at least to her it was different. However she would attempt it this way, it wouldn't hurt to try. "I do see and will try this." She said. Zian kept her eyes closed as she drew in the force the way Kai had shown. The force flowed she could feel the object, her light wasn't there this time when she went to just feel it. This was a vast improvement over this power, when she began to pick the item up though flickers started to occur. It was a combination of her light and illusions, they flickered between one another like suddenly there was light and suddenly there was an illusion. It was like her powers were backwards, illusions were easy for her, while something like lifting an object was harder. The object faltered a lot as did her powers, before it lifted just a little. It fell shortly after that as she was getting licked in her leg by Cart'ar. Zian took a breath to stop, she didn't know if she had done anything.
