Risho was born 'Man'risho'Urema' on the planet Csilla, part of the Chiss Ascendancy. He was the youngest born of one of the nine ruling families on Csilla. As such, Risho grew up comfortably and his family could afford whatever they wanted for the boy. Before he was even born his career had been chosen for him by the patriarch of his family. Risho was to be an officer in the Chiss military. His education was geared towards this, he was enrolled in the best school on Csilla and received an exceptional education form a young age. He was a studious boy and took his future very seriously. However, the weight of having his future practically picked out for him from such an early age impacted him severely. He was often a stressed and unsociable child, always trying his best at school. He was often bullied by the other kids and was quite a social outcast. After many bullying complaints from the child his father would enrol him in martial arts classes. Risho learnt to defend himself from an early age and eventually defended himself against the peers of his class, which would cause the bullying to cease. Although he received disciplinary action from his school, his father supported him for sticking up for himself. He also begun to learn both Galactic Basic and the Ty Bisti trade language through private tutelage. His father and patriarch of the family expected him to be able to converse with everyone from the known galaxy and beings from the unknown galaxy.
Adolescence
As a teen Risho continued with his studious and hard working nature on the outside, to his parents and adults around him he was the perfect child. But in secret Risho was always up to no good. Through his teen years he participated in many fights outside of school and the watchful eyes of adults. He'd win most of the fights he participated in against his fellow classmates. Risho had also developed a cohort and group of lackeys. He had an inflated perception of himself and he became the bully of his school. He often picked on the other kids when no adult was looking and played the innocent card whenever he was called out for it. He and his cohort also begun to vandalise parts of Csaplar, the capital city of Csilla and the city in which they lived. As Risho got older however, he begun to stop these petty acts of vandalism and fighting. He would join the Taharim Military academy at the age of 16 to prepare him for life as an officer. By the time he turned 18 he had 'matured' as he considered it. He still had an overflated sense of superiority however and he looked down on the lower classes of Chiss society and alien races.
Early Adulthood
At the age of 18, Risho had signed up to the Chiss defence force. As he was part of the Aristocra he became an officer. He finished his training in the defence force a year later and was given command of his own troop of men. Risho considered himself to be an able commander and those around him did too. His first year was successful and he completed his assignments from higher command efficiently and quickly. However, this changed quite quickly. After spending around a year and a half as an officer, Risho, now 20 was given the task to defend a Chiss colony. The enemies were some unknown alien lifeform which Risho underestimated and looked down upon. It was true that his enemy was weak, much weaker than the Chiss and Risho's men. But Risho suffered a significant military defeat at the hands of these enemies. Risho, had drastically underestimated them and his own sense of superiority and race superiority effected his command. Most of his battalian had been wiped out and he was forced to flee the battle.
Risho was mocked for his military defeat by his peers and even his family. The defeat was humiliating to Risho. As a consequence, Risho turned to drink to help cope. His military defeat and the humiliation he felt afterwards eventually snowballed into more defeats exacerbated by his own alcoholism. Eventually, Risho was stripped of his rank. His family, humiliated by their alcoholic and militarily incapable son disowned and disinherited him. Risho, took whatever money he had and was put out onto the streets. He wandered the streets of the capital, now a homeless vagrant. He had become what he looked down upon before. Soon, he left Csilla and travelled across the galaxy with a band of human mercenaries.
He befriended the mercenaries who would eventually help him quit alcohol. They also changed his perspectives on a lot of things. His superiority complex and racism soon left him and he was born anew. Through his travels he was often mistaken for a Pantoran and so he begun tell people thats what he was. No one would have believed that he was a Chiss anyways as he found that they were mostly thought of as a myth. Just before his 22nd birthday he parted ways with the mercenaries. He wanted to join the sector rangers which he had heard so much about. He felt that he could do some good, helping to protect the galaxy and bring law to the lawless. So, Risho bought some new clothing and a helmet to wear. Clothing suitable enough to be a ranger with. Risho wanted to protect his identity as a ranger and so doesn't show his face on a job or in public too often. He will take his helmet off in private however or when not on duty.
Personality:
Risho doesn't talk much when in the company of others. He prefers to remain quiet and listen to those around him. He is a kind and caring man when you get to know him and treats everyone as an equal. Gone are the days when he looked down on people for their race or wealth. He now respects those who live in poverty as he spent time on the streets of Csalpar and now realises the struggles of those with nothing. Risho is a determined man and if he has to bring someone to justice he will pursue them no matter what. He believes in justice, but if he sees a beggar or poor person stealing food and such he will often turn a blind eye, as he believes arresting them would be unfair and unjustifiable. Risho has some leadership qualities and knows what it means to be a leader from his time as an officer. However, he doesn't like to be a leader anymore due to his past defeats as an officer in the Chiss Ascendancy. He is good at following orders, but if he is given one that doesn't make sense he will often question it.
Risho also likes to practice gun tricks with his blaster pistol behind closed doors, he hasn't got much better at them from when he first started but he can kind of spin his blaster into the holster at least half the time.
Appearance:
Risho is a typical Chiss. He has shimmering red eyes and light blue skin. His hair is a shimmery deep blue and can be easily mistaken to be black. He generally keeps his hair short and doesn't wear it in a particular style generally just combing his fringe over. Risho has a prominent jawline and chin. Since leaving his home planet he has took on many tattoos. His whole body is tattooed, from his neck down. His tattoos are more like one big tattoo which stretch across his entire body excluding his face. Risho stands at around 5 foot 10.

1 RSKF-44 Heavy Blaster 'The Iron': Risho has nicknamed his RSKF-44 Heavy Blaster the 'Iron'. His blaster is modified with a hairtrigger meaning that he can shoot much quicker than with a standard version of his gun.
A280 Blaster Rifle: Risho's A280 doesn't have a scope on it and instead has iron sites. Other than that, it is a standard A280.
Thermal detonators: Risho carries two thermal detonators on him at all times.
Concussion grenades
Risho's Armour:
When Risho is on the job he wars the above set of clothing. His helmet is made of durasteel and has a macrobinocular viewplate much like the helmets of Mandalorians. The visor has multiple features including a tactical HUD, a comlink and thermal sensors. The helmet also changes Risho's voice, under the helmet his voice sounds deeper and slightly robotic. His coat is made of a reinforced leather, whilst his pants and cloak are armour weave. Underneath his coat is a black shirt, which is tucked into his trousers.
Ship
Risho owns a largely uncustomised YT-1300 Light Freighter which he bought second hand. The ship's little customisations include a class 1.0 main hyperdrive and a class 3.0 backup hyperdrive. The ship also has a little bit more cargo space and secret compartments owing Risho to believe that it had once been used for smuggling but other than that it was a standard YT-1300. Although incredibly outdated it serves Risho quite well for his purpose of getting from point A to point B.
