DESCRIPTION​

The RK-3 blaster pistol is a military sidearm which was originally developed by Merr-Sonn Munitions on an Imperial contract following the Clone Wars. Commonly used by ranking personnel of the Imperial Navy, the RK-3 was well liked for its power and durability, being seen as a weapon more befitting an officer than the relatively clumsy blaster carbines issued to spacers and stormtroopers.

The RK-3 remains in production into the present day, and is relatively simple to get hold of. Collectors of Galactic Empire relics will pay a premium for examples confirmed to have belonged to specific officers, however.
