Time to work on the roster. I'll go by sections. First off, we have the Council of Eminence. For ease of convenience in this thread, I'll number each section.

1.
Chiss Ascendancy
Chiss Roster

chissros.png

Council of Eminence

Grand Imperator
Arch'elie'lia

Tactical Commander
Mar'tel'nuruodo

Head of Intelligence
Derro'An'Nuruodo "Roann"

High Immortal
Kres'ten'nuruodo "Nuru Krest"

Sith Envoy (Imperium's Ambassadorial Seat)
Arch'aza'cnuruodo

I'm considering the establishment of a Vice Imperator, as to explain how Dorann became interim Grand Imperator in the first place. I'm also considering changing "Head of Intelligence" to "Director of CAIN". Also, I'm considering removing the Sith Envoy from the list. Any Imperial and Mandalorian envoys can be mentioned in the Council of Eminence info thread.

2.

Chiss Army
Tactical Commander
Mar'tel'nuruodo

Grand Marshall
Chaf'tomg'Nuruodo

Marshall Prime
Mitth'oma'sabosen

Marshall
Prard'rav'ekkilei

Centurion Prime
Serrath'Raw'Nuruodo

Centurion
Hess'iga'nuruodo
Dia'nilim

Legionnaire Prime
Kist'ala'narimo

Legionnaire
-

Recruit
Salivad'al'ori

Do we need all those ranks? Not all of the listed members are that active. However, it is more filled than navy, so I leave it to Lupe's discretion if we should keep all the ranks or not.

3.

Chiss Navy

Tactical Commander
Mar'tel'nuruodo

High Admiral
Brask'ai'nuruodo

Force Commander
Mordo'dökka'nuruodo

Phalanx Commander
-

Wing Commander
-

Captain
Derro'Nayan'Nuruodo

Lieutenant
-

Sergeant
-

Vanguard
-

Ensign
-

Like with Army, do we need this many ranks? This I'm more leaning towards skimming down than Army. Vanguard and Sergeant could probably be removed. Also, could someone explain Force Commander, Phalanx Commander, and Wing Commander. I'm uncertain their differentiation, so I would like to know what they equate to in terms of authority so I know if we should keep them or if one could be removed. Again, I refer suggestions to my military-mind-oriented comrades, who know more about this stuff than I.

4.

Shadow Walkers

Tactical Commander/Leader
Mar'tel'nuruodo

Sniper
Mikk'rak'tororn

Combat/Grunt
-

Engineer
-

Psi Ops
Sorev Oraxen

I was thinking of taking this out of the roster, as the Shadow Walker members would be part of the regular military too, just in a specialized unit. Some kind of indication would be put on the roster, though, to indicate membership in Shadow Walkers. Shadow Walkers will be given their own thread, so the full membership roster will still be viewable.

5.
Chiss Ascendancy Shock Troops

The Immortal Order Roster

fallout-brotherhood-of-steel.jpg

The Immortal Order

High Immortal
Kres'ten'nuruodo "Nuru Krest"

Immortal Elites
-

Immortal Veterans
Mar'tel'nuruodo
Myion

Immortal Knights
-

Immortal Initiates
Jax Solusar
Adam Nexus Overlord

Specialization Classes

Brutalist Specialization
-

Spellweaver Specialization
Mar'tel'nuruodo

Manipulator Specialization
-

Not really sure why we need the name "Chiss Ascendancy Shock Troopers". "Immortal Order" should be fine. However, Sam, if you feel the title is needed, let me know and we can keep it. For specialization, should we have the secondary list (which only one person is listed) or just add some indication in the normal Immortal roster if there is a particular specialization.

6.

CAIN Operations

Diplomatic Bureau
Head of Intelligence
Derro'An'Nuruodo

Ascendant Noble
-

Chiss Diplomat
-

Diplomatic Aide
-

Allied Chiss Intern
-

Security of Internal Affairs (SIA)
Ascendant Guard Captain
-

Ascendant Guard
-

Colonial Phalanx Coordinator
-

Colonial Phalanx Supporter
-

Specialist Division
Elite Manipulator
-

Veteran Manipulator
-

Classified Agent
[FILE MISSING]

Of course, this'll be revamped due to BN's future updates. For CAIN, I was thinking of for the diplomatic corp, remove the ranks, as 1) "Diplomat/Agent" would probably suffice and 2) we don't have any diplomats at this time. Up to BN on whether we should list Imperial and Mandalorian Envoys here. As for some of the other CAIN stuff, should we maybe have only "Agent" until CAIN obtains more members?

2. and 3. I'll fix when I have time (Which will probably be during the weekend unless you feel I should finish it before then). 4. the Shadow Walkers, are now apart of CAIN and the Military after me and BN spoke about it:)

As per this thread, I was thinking of making another addititional subgroup in the Roster that would be for the Family Council (name subject to change).

This is generally what CAIN will likely look like:

CAIN Operations

Diplomacy and Intelligence gathering
Director of CAIN
Derro'An'Nuruodo

Chiss Diplomats:

Sleeper cells:
{PULLED}

Security of Internal Affairs [SIA]
Ascendant Commander
-

Ascendant Vanguard
-

Ascendant Sergeant
-

Ascendant Murderer
-

For diplomat ranks, that would actually be for competent individuals hand picked and appointed by the Director of CAIN, they are higher than the other ranks, but have nothing to do with your strength. Only how good of an RPer you are and, for the sleeper cells, what faction you are in and how trustworthy you are. SIA would be our elite division of soldiers, both FS and non-FS. Murderer and Sergeant are essentially the same rank, but have completely different roles. Ascendant ranks of commander and vanguard are actually for our shadow walkers, Lupe's character and Pax's character being the only Commanders, the others would be Vanguards with specialized ranks(not listed) given to them by their commanders.

Chiss Navy

Tactical Commander
Mar'tel'nuruodo

High Admiral
Brask'ai'nuruodo

Force Commander
Mordo'dökka'nuruodo

Captain
Derro'Nayan'Nuruodo

Lieutenant
-

Sergeant
-

Ensign
-

Cut down the ranks in army, tell me what you think. Also, Force, Phalanx, and Wing were all positions telling how large of a fleet each commanded, Force being highest, Wing being lowest. Honestly, I do not believe they are needed in the least. Only Force Commander, which can be changed to say 'fleet' commander if you believe that to be better and more clear.

Murderer seems a bit too dark.

Well the Immortal order name is just fine. Also I think it might be a good idea to remove the specialization list and have it mentioned near each member name since it is taking space, and it is useless. I was also thinking that later on we could have a roster for the members from the Sith-Immortal internship program.

Also another suggestion but how about we integrate the navy and army together? I mean we could have people holding position in the navy hold the same position in the military and vice verse.

I like the idea of simply listing specializations next to each name.

As for integrating Navy and Army, I'm highly opposed to that. The Army and the Navy are two ENTIRELY different things, just because someone is skilled in fleet command does not mean they can lead a group of soldiers in the field, and vice versa. Integration of them Navy and Army is an utterly horrible idea.

EDIT: Also, as for the Shadow walkers, I agree they need to be removed from the main roster. i'll be listing each character in the shadow walkers under one of the CAIN ranks, listing their speciality by their name and their leader above all names.

I agree that we shouldn't merge the Navy and Army ranks. When Imperium tried it for a while, it was confusing.

Phalanx Commander seems to have been spawned from the concept of a Household Phalanx, which is more like a personal military/bodyguard. I'm doubtful it's an officially recognized Chiss rank. Wing Commander is the leader of a fighter squadron in Republic, Imperial, and even Vong hierarchies. Force Commander is an official Chiss rank that's in charge of leading patrol fleets on the Chiss borders; Thrawn was a Force Commander prior to joining the Empire and was reputed as the youngest ever to achieve the rank.

Thanks for the info, Lavi. Much appreciated.

EDIT: Lol, that sounds a bit sarcastic. I'm being honest though.
