Ro'vana
Blues Performer with a taste for the Dark Side
during the Force Eternal Timeline
Essential information
Ro’vana, known by her stage name “Raven” or “The Raven”, is a Twi’lek woman with a height of 6’0” and a weight of 164 lbs. She is known throughout the galaxy for her soulful tones and somewhat odd performances. There’s always an air of darkness following the woman, even when not performing her sad tunes.
Biography
Ro’vana was raised by a single mother who introduced her to the performing business. Well, the other form of performing. Her mom, a strong, sassy woman, never took any rudeness or stupidity from her customers. This allowed for Ro’vana to age as an independent woman, relying only on her own strengths.
Besides singing, Ro’vana is really interested in oddities and the macabre. This was shown throughout her childhood, growing even stronger into adulthood. Once, after a mishap happened in the club that housed her and her mom, a man’s tooth got knocked out. She kept it.
Personality
Ro’vana has a very sweet and kind disposition off stage that contrasts her somber performances. She’s very headstrong, however, not letting anyone tell her she can’t do something. If she can dream it, she can do it. Her true personal life is more of a secret- she is usually “performing” at some level at all times. Once you get to know her better, you can tell she’s quite a bit more reserved than what she puts on. She enjoys her alone time and much prefers the company of herself versus others. But, she’s a performer at heart. Ro’vana thrives on the stage, giving a show that backs the galaxy-wide hype. Nobody (in her own words) is more passionate about performing than she is. She has the unnatural ability to connect with an audience member with just one glance.
Skills
Ro’vana’s skills mainly lie in the world of performing, but she also is quite a wordsmith. She could convince a blind man that he could see! Her tongue had gotten her into trouble as a young adult, but now it’s one of many tools in the arsenal of a performer like her.
During her performances, audiences are usually left raving about the stage effects and how the lights in the room would always seem to beam towards her even when moving. Just a little trick her mom taught her when she was young- you don’t have to be a hero to use the Force!
