Sogar stood on the bridge of his ship, the Trandoshan's Bane, awaiting Lamia's arrival. He had contacted the strange Sith turned Knight again because he wanted one more chance at turning her, and he gave her an offer she couldn't refuse. He offered to teach her Dark Transfer.

Sogar could sense her getting closer. Patting his Katarn, who's scales were harder than Diamond because of the crystalide work he had done on her, he muttered.
"So, we shall soon see if you once again come to me, Lamia Kressh."

Dark Transfer... A skill few had learned, and even fewer had mastered. When she received the datapad transmission several days ago from someone offering to teach it to her, she was quite ecstatic. But some things worried her... Roxuli? A skill that was originally thought to be for the Dark only? She wondered... And as she entered the system in her shuttle, her worse fears were proven correct. It was this one again... Getting on the comms as she stared at his former slave ship, she was filled with anger, surprise, and relative shock.

You... You have the audacity to, after trying to kill me, call me back? What, do even the Sith have no honor? Remind me again why I should ever step on that deathtrap of a vessel...

Sogar smiled as he saw Lamia enter the system, naturally she'd be hesitant, but she wanted power. It was in her nature to crave it. Thus Sogar would give her an offer she could not refuse.
"If I had tried to kill you, you'd be dead. And I think we both know that you can escape any time you want with that phasing ability that alludes me so. Why should you come aboard? Because you want to learn Dark Transfer. It is a light side power as well as a dark, and no Jedi alive can teach it to you. I am your only chance at this. That is why you should step back on my 'deathtrap' of a vessel, why you will step aboard."

If you insist.

Lamia's shuttle again docked with Sogar's ship. As she came aboard, she spied the rusted battle droid from last time. Looking at it with a glare of "I will break you if you try anything", she stepped past and came up to Sogar.

Dark Transfer... The ability to bring someone back to life. The only way you for sure could've verified that teaching it to someone would be successful is if you had actually used it successfully before. So do tell me, who or what did you use it on?

Sogar smiled, she was cautious, good. He began explaining.
"I first used it on a trooper who had recently died, brought him back to life. However, it was not a worthy gauge of my skill. So, after the death of Darth Umbra at the hands of Lord Azrael, I brought him back to life. Umbra was my only friend, he and I want to reform the Sith, end much needless killing. However, I do not have his vision, and for his dream to succeed, he needed to live. Thus, Dark Transfer.

Also, Dark Transfer is also used as a healing method for extreme wounds. I warn you though, it is excruciatingly painful. Are you ready to begin?"

Umbra... You mean Ruthric Segra. I met him a few months ago during my pilgrimage to Malachor V. I think this was shortly before he was killed. He and I both sensed Darth Exodeus doing... something to himself.

And yes, I am ready to begin.

Sogar nodded, saying.
"Indeed, Exodus seems to be always doing, something, to himself."

Sogar began gathering the dark side of the Force to him, he would need it. He began explaining.
"Dark Transfer starts as a healing power. It is excruciatingly painful, but only because it works on a cellular and molecular level to heal. It forcefully infuses a body with large amount of force energy and uses that to heal the body. To bring back the dead, it rips the target's soul from the Netherworld of the Force and infuses it back into the body. After that is only the healing. Here-"

Sogar held out his arm, saying.
"You have that Sith WarSword, correct? Cut my arm. If by chance you don't have it, simply slice it open with your saber."

Lamia had left her Sith Sword back at HOMEFRONT because she didn't want to risk losing it again. Due to this, she simply activated her lightsaber and slashed through Sogar's arm with it. The cauterizing action prevented a massive blood loss as would be expected by a wound that badly.

I did as you asked. Now what?

Sogar closed his eyes, gathering even more Force power as he felt the wound. Pain surged through him as he said.
"Now, we truly begin."

He suddenly reached out with the Force, and summoned a Force Net from the floor. The unbreakable dark tendrils would be entirely unexpected as they flew up from the ground and came to latch themselves onto Lamia. The unbreakable tendrils would immediately sever Lamia's connection to the Force as they instantly wrapped themselves around her. The tendrils also immediately constricted to draw Lamia to the floor.

Lamia was surprised by the net that arose from the floor. The darkness covered her, wrapping itself around her body quite tightly. It felt... good, but Lamia did not show this visibly as she was restrained to the floor. Fortunately, she still was clutching her lightsaber tightly in her hand, but it would not do her much good here. She turned her head, one of the few parts of her body not surrounded by the tendrils, towards Sogar.

What the kriff did you just do... You intending to do what you didn't do the last time we met?

Sogar nodded, drawing out his lightsaber.
"Actually, yes. Don't bother struggling, I'll make it quick. Poor Lamia, you could have been so much more."

He angled the ignited saber downward, and prepared to drive it through her heart. The Force Net was designed as an unbreakable net that not only severed the target's connection to the Force, but sapped their strength as well. Force Net could be dodged, so Sogar never used it unless it was at point blank range. But once insnared, there was no escape.

Sogar gripped his saber tightly, careful to keep the net tight and secure, and drove his saber down.

Lamia saw the blade coming and activated her lightsaber, using what little physical dexterity she had left to parry Sogar's blade. The result was... less then impressive. Instead of going through her heart, the blade slashed her upper-left shoulder. Her face contorted in agony as she felt the pain from the cauterized wound, one that would leave a permanent scar on her body.

AGH! Damn you! Damn you, Sogar! Damn you to hell!

She felt a plethora of emotions building up: hatred, anger, fear. Her adrenaline was flowing as her eyes glowed yellow and she struggled against the net, sinking her razor-sharp teeth into a tendril as she struggled to get free, slashing at the tendrils with her blade. She was not going to let herself die. Not when she had a man and children to go back to, as well as friends.

Lamia was dying, Sogar's blade had stabbed into her left shoulder and cut straight through. Permanently disabling that arm. She was slashing at the Tendrils, but it would have no avail. The tendrils were made of the Dark Side of the Force, unbreakable, and an energy weapon could not hurt the Force.

Sogar held out his hand, continuing to focus on keeping the Net stable, and unleashed a storm of lightning straight on Lamia at point blank range. With her strength still being sapped and her body constricted to the ground, death was all that could follow.

OOC: Normally, no power is unbreakable. But the Wookiee clearly states the the Mesh of Force Net was unbreakable once the target is ensnared.

ADMIN: Fusion, you were perfectly fine with being in a Force Net up until you realized your character was in danger of being killed. You're just going to have to accept the fact that Lamia is trapped and there's nothing you can do about it.

Please also note that this power will be placed under review to prevent future situations like this arising.

Lamia was now comatose. She was barely alive from the constant barrage of lightning pouring into her flesh. It was not burning her that badly, more first-degree then second- or third-, but the sheer pain she was suffering would've driven an average human to tears a while ago. She was barely alive, focusing all of her remaining energy into keeping her various organs active. She appeared dead, her Force signature nonexistent due to her comatose state, and not even a trained Sith like Sogar would be able to see the small and faded spark of life within her damaged shell. Her shoulder where she had been hit was almost sparking, her fingers twitching as the lightning activated the nerve endings. While her body was remaining active, in her mind, she was going down a hole. Down, down, down into a seemingly endless abyss of black and darkness...

Sogar released the force net once Lamia fell unconscious. Taking her lightsaber from her limp grasp, Sogar pocketed it and said.
"Poor, poor Lamia, you could have been so much more."

He stood up, and used the force to flick a lever not too far from him. The lever activated the drop bay doors directly underneath Lamia. He stepped back as the opened, sucking Lamia out into the airless and cold emptiness of space. It mattered not if she lived once he jettisoned her, the cold of space would kill her.

He closed the bay doors before he was pulled out, and looked to his OOM droid.
"Set a course for Korriban, I have yet more work to do, and so little time."
