DESCRIPTION

The RT-2850 CAF is a light armed freighter designed for travel in outer rim territories. It bolsters standard weapons found on most freighters, but is designed for maneuverability, while maintaining good speed. It was meant to protect goods and passengers, and could even be brought in for military application if needed by local militia groups aimed at supporting their government systems. They're cheap and easy to make, and have thick hulls. They make up for this in engine size and power, considering the thicker hulls make them heavier and slower than freighters its size.
It is also designed with strong counter-attack when ambushed.

LEGALITY

Legal in all sectors, though it might raise alarm as to why an armed ship would be traveling frequently through core worlds.

INTENT

This ship has multiple intentions. Smuggling and Transport mostly, may be retrofitted later as fighter defense ship.

ADVANCED TECH

None. The Advanced weapons tech (Torpedos) were removed and replaced with standard weapons.

OK so here is the issues. Firstly this is based on a ship from 7th time line meaning it A 500 years old and B not a thing you can use


Second thus is significantly better than any current freight in terms of fire power brining a 120mm long pirate commerce raider


This needs to be in unapproved technology and you should change the back story
