Tatooine
Ji'Kel Vizsla, known on field missions such as this by the name Azazel, quickly decsended from orbit around the barren, desert world of Tatooine in his personal Claw-3 Interceptor, the Hell's Bane. The Mandalorian SuperCommando hated the feeling of nothingness that the planet gave him, but he was here on a mission. Together with 2 Mandalorian Commandos and a Grey Jedi, the Chiss was planning to attack a smuggling outpost where an adult rancor and its 3 children were being held in preperation for being brought to who-knows-where. In addition, the smugglers had somehow overpowered a Jedi Knight and were planning to sell her to the Sith Empire.

When his ship reached the surface, Ji'Kel landed at a predisclosed location 3 kilometers (~1.5 miles) from the outpost. The rest of his crew was already there, prepping weapons and calming nerves. Before exiting his ship, the Chiss took a long drink of whiskey from a flask hidden inside his ship; it was his "good luck" charm. After opening the cockpit and jumping out onto the sandy ground, he called out to his comrades. "It's good to know that I have backup for this mission. Some of you may know me as the infamous Mandalorian SuperCommando Ji'Kel Vizsla, others may know me simply as Azazel, the Hunter. That is the name I would prefer you call me on this mission. Since I've already introduced myself to each of you separately when I asked for your help, why don't you each take turns introducing yourselves? It's good to know who you're working with." Azazel took a deep breath, and placed his helmet on his head. He was expecting only 1 thing for this mission; somehow the plan would go to shit and if they all survived, he was throwing a party back on Mandalore.

Nechor comes out of a meditation surrounding himself in the dark and light, he stretches his limbs, hooks his weapons to his belt and puts his pistol in his robe. Noticing the Mandalorian walk towards the group he stands up and holds his hand out to shake. "I am Nechor Wollwin, former Jedi. I work for the Kjlljk Protectorate." He says to him holding his helmet in his left hand.

Jaycob walked down the ramp of his Whitecloak Starfighter, The Centurion, making sure he timed his exit with the smoke chutes to make him look more menacing. For this mission, Jaycob came equipped with his normal Blue-Grey Mandalorian Tactical Battle Armor, A140 Heavy Blaster Rifle, CZ-6100 Handheld Rocket Launcher and EMP grenades. He has been on Tatooine before, but he didn't know how the mission was going to go. He made sure to equip eveything he thought would be necessary to be successful in their mission. He already had his helmet on when he marched up to the circle of soldiers and said

"The name is Jaycob Flesio but I prefer to be called, Nomad on missions. I look forward to see what we'll accomplish together gentlemen." Nomad was excited to be out here again because even though the planet had a bad rep, he sure as hell had fun. After all, his first real mission was on this planet and he knew his way around the place. Nomad decided that since he was invited to take part in the mission, he would only take orders from Azazel.

After his short introduction he locked the ramp to his ship and started inspecting his weapons, sitting on a cargo crate found on the landing platform.

Nes had arrived at the same time as the others, in a borrowed landspeeder that he may or may not have planned to give back. On him, he had his usual arsenal and armor. He had taken a seat, knowing the guy—Azazel or something—was going to arrive soon. And he did.

As the man landed, Nes stood, out of respect, but also because he didn't want to look like a lazy asshole. He waited to speak, and then said, "My name's Nesjeva Arrakis, but you can, and I hope you will, call me Nes. Nesjeva is kind of a mouthful."

Azazel reached out and shook Nechor's hand. Now that hopefully everybody knew who everyone else was, it was time to lay out the plan. "OK men; now that you're all introduced here is my plan. We will head south towards the outpost, and Nechor and I will take out any guards outside. Nomad and Nes meanwhile will circle around the base 90° and begin to attack from the other side. We will meet up at the entrance to the underground section containing the Rancors and the Jedi. After we find the rancors and, most likely, a ton of smugglers, all Hell will break loose and we improvise. Final weapons check; we move out in 5."

Azazel proceeded to make sure all 4 of his DP-09 pistols were loaded, that his couple thermal detonators were firmly attached to his belt, and that his lightsabers were there as well. He made sure to prep the flamethrower on his gauntlet, along with the grappling hook and his 2 wrist-mounted missles. His armor was secure, his jetpack fuel at 100%. With everything ready, he waited for the others to finish. The Chiss began to meditate, prepping his nerve for the coming assault. Azazel gazed off into the distance, saying to himself, "I have a bad feeling about this."

Nechor checked all of his equipment on his belt, "Lightsabers.. Check" He opens the robe outside of his armor. "Pistol... Check" He listenes to the debriefing while checking over his weaponry and equipment. He puts his helmet on as the HUD lights up and he can see all in front of him. Checking his medical equipment on his belt as well "Check." He says to himself checking off things mentally. He reaches for his flask containing some booze to limber up. "Booze Check.. Anyone want a shot before we get dirty?" He asks

"Unlike you boys, I don't drink before a mission." Nomad replied," Thanks though." He prepped his weapons and packed up his equipment. He turned on his helmet HUD and inspected the different dials and numbers: his ammo count, oxygen filter levels, heart monitor, jump pack fuel and jump pack battery. Everything was in check. Nomad agreed with the plan that Azazel thought up, a multi-entrance breach. But he didn't quite agree with the end.

"Azazel, do all your missions just end with improvise?" He asked half serious and half jokingly. If so, Nomad would have to get himself ready. Going into a fight without a backup plan wasn't his bread and butter. But just like most of his missions, he'll have to go with the flow.

"Drinking?" he asked. "Drinking before an important mission?" He reached over and took the bottle.

"Why, that is one of the most unprofessional things-" he took a sip, "-I have ever heard-" he took another, "-in the twenty seven years that I have been breathing for!"

Nes handed the bottle back to the man, then shook his head. "I should shoot you just for suggesting it!"

"Jokes aside, we should get going. I don't want to strike in the middle of the day, so we gotta go now."

He chuckled at the man who took his flask and almost finished it. "I like to Limber up before i go into combat. It helps me choose whether to kill or not." He says "Let us get on with this mission guys. You are right we should move during the day and strike at night for a full advantage." He puts his helmet back on powering up the HUD with a small map and his vitals. Equipping one lightsaber in his main hand.

Azazel declined the flask that was passed around; he had already drank and didn't want the alcohol to interfere with his mission. Doing a final check of everything, he said, "Let's move out! I've arranged for some speeder bikes to be brought here, just behind my ship. Hop on and follow me."

It was a short ride; Azazel signaled for the group to stop when the outpost could be seen in the distance. Drawing 2 of his DP-09s, the Chiss said, "From here on out we move by foot and move towards our positions. Good luck folks."

Nomad walked towards the speeder bikes with haste. He hasn't ridden one of these in forever. The engine roared. The speeder jerked forwards with a sudden force that almost made him fall out of the seat. 3 kilometers later, the crew arrived at the outpost. It was enclosed with an electric wall with sniper towers at each corner so they could have a 360 perimeter view of what was coming inside and outside of the walls. Looks like improv will have to come early.

"Azazel, your plan is ruined. Those sniper towers will get a bead on us way before we even reach the blast doors." What comes next? Whatever the crew was going to do was going to come from Azazel. In Nomad's mind, the best plan of attack was to get one of them on a tower and provide sniper cover. Nomad was willing to do it because he was probably the best marksman of the bunch. But, he'll only present the plan to the group if it seemed better than whatever Azazel was going to propose.

Nech walks to the speeder bike mounting it, starting it up and riding out with the rest of the team. "You are correct Nomad, i volunteer to go up into the towers. I will need sniper fire for cover and if needed some suppressive fire." He felt confident in this plan seeing is he is the only force user here, he would have an advantage due to being force sensitive. He clips his main lightsaber on his belt and awaits the others suggestions.

"Out of the four of us, not a single one has a sniper?" he asked. "Come on guys!" He looked up at the guards and frowned.

"I'll give you suppressing fire, but I doubt I can get up there without drawing a lot of noise." he stared up. "One of the guards up there has a sniper. Do you think you could use the Force to snatch it out of his hands? We'll need to be fast so they don't alert anyone."

Up in the towers, there were two guards in each tower, one with a sniper. Nes was currently looking at the tower to their right, which, if they took, would be just enough to get in. After, they could pretend to be guards or something.

"Ok, calm down guys this can still work. Just follow my lead." Azazel began to draw heavily on the force, and reached out with it, imagining grabbing the throats of all 8 guards stationed on the towers. They started to cough and drop their weapons, before slightly levitating and clawing at their throats. Then, they all dropped down, dead. The Chiss opened his eyes and said, "Ok, let's change our plan before someone notices that."

"Nomad and Nes, Nech and I will get you on top of the closest tower with the Force. We can then storm the base from either side of that tower, with you two providing cover fire."
Azazel took in a breath, talking as fast as he could without making himself non-understandable. "We have to make sure that none of the guards sound the alarm or escape. As long as that happens, we have the time to quickly rethink the rest of my plan. No wasting time-- Nomad, up you go!" Without waiting for an answer, the SuperCommando lifted Nomad off the ground with the Force and placed him on top of the tower. Signaling for Nechor to do the same with Nes, Azazel put away one of his pistols, taking out one of his lightsabers instead.

Closing his eyes once again, and taking a deep breath, the Chiss drew on the Force to aid him, beggining to run towards the base. A DP-09 pistol was gripped in his left hand, and in his right was a metal cylinder from which a yellow blade sprang forth, and began to deflect incoming blaster bolts toward their sources. Azazel's eyes opened, and he began to fire off rounds with his pistol. This was when he reached an inner calmness; he was the eye in a storm of Mandalorian fury. He would protect his new comrades, from anything that these pirates threw at them, no matter the cost.

Nomad hit the floor of the tower with a thud. Even though he didn't pack a sniper, his A140 Heavy Blaster would do just fine. He zeroed in the scope on Azazel and Nech and with a tap of button, made green arrows pop up above their heads just to make sure he doesn't mistake them for an enemy. He has accidentally commited friendly fire before and it wasn't pretty. Let's just say that he didn't get paid. Anyways, Nomad then scooted to the side a bit to make room for Nes. The plan Azazel made up sounded almost exactly like the one that he thought up a few moments ago. Maybe he read his mind. Altogether, Nomad was happy with actually having a plan instead of going in guns blazing. The whole point was to be stealthy, so he assumed to not engage an enemy with his blaster. Instead, he would mark them with a green laser attached to the side of his weapon. He made sure that the ground force would know this saying,

"Thanks for the lift. I'll mark the enemies with my weapon while you take them out by QUIETLY. If the whole point is stealth, I'll make sure to only fire when you give the word."

Nes landed with a silent thump, then nodded toward Nomad. He creeped forward, making his way down a corridor, which ended right ahead. At the end was a hole, with a ladder leading down. He assumed that must lead into the base.

His A 140 clutched loosely into his arm, he stopped by the hole and peered down. The ladder was about 10 meters long, and the room underneath was what looked like a storage, empty except for a single drunk smuggler sitting with his back to them. The man seemed to be either passed out or almost passed out.

Nes motioned that it was safe to come forward. "We can interrogate him and get a decent understanding of the grounds. We'll have to keep quiet though," he whispered.

The last guard on the ground was crouched behind a large stack of crates, attempting to pin Azazel down behind a similar stack with a heavy repeating blaster. The noise was going to be loud, and that meant that Azazel's team might lose the advantage of surprise. He would have to finish this the messy way. He prefered to give his opponent's some chance, but this Bith mercenary let him no choice. Standing up, the Chiss reached out with the Force lifting the unsuspecting guard into the air while simultaneously throwing his lightsaber, using the Force to make it arc around, through the Bith's neck, and back into his hand.

Extinguishing the yellow blade, Azazel clipped the lightsaber to his belt next to the other one, and began to run towards the northernmost tower where Nes and Nomad were. With a Force-aided leap, the SuperCommando made it halfway up the tower, and with another leap cleared the top. Staring down at the drunk smuggler, he quietly said, "Do you want to do an old fashioned interrogation on this chump, or should I just pry the information from his mind?" As he said this, the Chiss slowly climbed down the ladder, and after checking to make sure the smuggler was passed out, signaled for the others to join him in the storage room.

As Nomad suspected, the storage room was massive. With layers and stacks of cargo crates big and small, it was like a labyrinth. Luckily, the ground team took care of the stragglers without raising suspicion. The mission was going smoother than imagined. The crew's next task was to interrogate a lone smuggler to find the whereabouts of the rancor family. The crew was faced with two decisions, interrogate him old-fashioned way or let Azazel's force powers work their magic. Nomad decided for the group and said,

"Just pry it out of the poor man's head. Let's get this mission done clean." Nomad said this partially because he wanted to see what Azazel was going to do. He turned back towards Nes and Nech. Nomad didn't know how long it'll take to get the information needed from the smuggler's head so he decided to cover Azazel.

"Let's set up a defensive perimeter for Azazel. Let's give him both space and time to do what he needs to do." He told them, "I'll hang out in the tower to provide lookout. You guys, just protect the force wielder."

Nes made his way down from the ladder last, and closed the trap door above just in case.

When he got to the bottom, they had already tied up and gagged the smuggler, so he took a seat by one of the hangar doors and looked at the interrogation. He had a vague understanding of what was about to happen,
and assumed this might be a learning experience.

While the others secured the room, Azazel gazed at the smuggler they had tied up. Reaching out with the Force, sensed the minds around him; those of his team, but more importantly, the Rodian smuggler's mind. Probing it, he found there was a bit of resistance, but the fact that the guy was drunk and weak-minded would make Azazel's job a lot easier.

Taking a stance in front of the Rodian, the Chiss reached out once more, extending his hand and closing his eyes. He tore into the smuggler's mind, sorting through memories, and thoughts. He recoiled a little as an image of barely-dressed Twi'lek girls floated around then continued searching for any remaining information. He tried to go deeper, but the Rodian awoke, startled, and had barely begun to scream in pain before Azazel withdrew from his mind, and put a blue bolt of plasma from one of his DP-09 pistols through the poor smugglers head.

"I've got what we need. The door in this room opens up upon a hallway with 2 guards and 3 doors at the end. One leads to the command center, another to the rancor pits, and the last is and armory. After the rancor pit's there is another hallway that leads to a Force-dampening bunker where the Jedi is being held. Anyone got any ideas for a new plan?"
