Sarcyph was born to Chysyph and Yelori Bip'okri. He was born on a colony, as part of the second generation. But to understand Sarcyphs storys, you have to know the story of his people. The Pogrogan are a little-known species, who originated from a long-lost planet. They are also a genocided race. No permanent Pogrogan Colony/City exists. They are hunted as part of a race war, started long ago, and which they are losing.

The story goes that eons ago, when the Pogrogans and the Gtagotans were both in the primitive times and on their ancestral homeworld, the Pogrogan overruled the Gtagotans and made them their slaves. Years later, when technology arrived, the Gtagotans made the first advances with technology and used it to overthrown their rulers. It is said this was when the war started, but it is better classified as genocide.The Gtagotans hunted their rulers and their kin. To many, killing a Pogrogan is a right of passage. Although it is condemned by many, it is hard to stop.

When Sarcyph was ten, the war came to his colony. Four ships descended. Rockets targeted the outside of the village, scaring the inhabitants out of their houses. Men with flame-throwers descended, burning their houses and everything else that still stood, forcing the villagers into the center. From there it was open season on the Pogrogans. However, fortunate for them, the republic showed up. Unfortunate for them, most of the damage was already done. Forcing their leave, the Gtagotans took the surviving males to be used as gladiators in arenas. Some "lucky" women were taken to be servants and more.

You could say Sarcyph was blessed. His father was taken as a Gladiator, while his mother hid. The republic took the survivors, and put them in various refuges and help centers across the galaxy. Sarcyph and his mother, Yelori, were taken to a refuge on Dantooine. However, this was also the year the republic fell. They lost their republic help and times became hard. Yelori took to binge drinking and drugs. On one of Yeloris' trips to drug a den, a monthly habit, their apartment was broken in to. They looted, beat up, and kidnapped Sarcyph and dumped him in a pile of trash a few streets over. When Sarcyph woke up, the sun was blocked by a man in a brown and gray cloak. Recognizing his potential he was taken to the the Jedi outpost on Dantooine. Now 17, Sarcyph has taken studying seriously and has not looked back at his past.

Sarcyph is a hard worker, and puts in his fill of work. He knows whats needed to survive and fit in. He goes 110%. Because of that, he is talented with the force, albeit he doesn't do much with it other then push,pull or levitate objects. He practices often with wooden staffs the various combat forms and such. He plans to be a strong Jedi Soldier and to fight the evil and the Sith.

While he would make a strong fighter, he is not a strong leader. While he will voice his opinion, he would prefer not to argue for it. He likes to have a plan of action to follow, and dives into things headfirst. He hates the idea of having to teach, but knows he will HAVE to teach an apprentice. Sarcyph relies on his athleticism and his ability to adapt to his environment to help him win battles. He would never logistically outsmart an opponent, but he might physically out smart them.

Sarcyph is a hard-worker, but like most people, enjoys having fun. He is not as strict as most Jedi would prefer him to be. He does dumb and stupid things, but not mortally dumb and stupid things. It would not be surprising to see Sarcyph having something he is too young to have. While he does break the law, he does not abuse breaking it. He accepts the limits and does it in moderations. He practices his parkour often by running on top of the buildings of Dantooine.

Sarcyph speaks his mind and is not afraid of it. But he also knows the time and the places to shut up. His personal items collection is small as he only considers things of importance be kept and treasured. He does not get angry much, but losing in something that is winnable makes him want it more.

He will never betray you, sell you out, or purposefully let you down. He will try his hardest or die trying. He will be loyal to the end, and he will never waiver as a solider in the light side of the force.

Hey there @Ephorcys! I have just a couple comments before approval.

• Rank: The correct rank would be Initiates as we don't have Padawans this timeline. Initiate is the equivalent Padawan rank.
• Holocrons: In our universe Holocrons are exceedingly rare and only in the control of the highest ranking Jedi or Sith. Please remove those from the items list.
• Race/History: I am unfamiliar with the race and background information on them. I did Goolge the race to make sure it wasn't just one I was forgetting. Please choose a race from the approved species list. The history can be adjusted for just a generic planet, with a generic conflict of that nature. I don't see any problem with that. The last little issue is that Dantooine has been the heart of the Jedi Order/Army for about a decade. The settlements that are on Dantooine likely would not have things akin to drug dens. The planet is heavily policed/protected by the Jedi.

Tag me once those changes have been made and we should be good to go!
