Scatter Laser Cannon​

Description:
The Scatter Laser Cannon is a short-range, turreted, cycling laser cannon, equipped on tanks, fortresses, gunboats, or other large spacecraft and structures. It is primarily a defensive gun, intended to reliably eliminate hunter missiles and other incoming solid projectiles. These guns shoot a torrent of high-velocity plasma bolts at a terrifying rate of fire. However, the bolts are not as densely packed as a standard bolt, making them dissipate after a short distance. Due to the short range of the bolts’ effectiveness, it is not recommended to use this weapon against anything other than what they were designed for.




Intent: To create a weapon capable of providing a reliable counter to seeking missiles for larger aircraft that lack the maneuverability to dodge them.[/beebox3]
