The Mando Cabure (Mandalorian Protectors) are always on the lookout for new recruits, both young and old. They would be able to provide Kad'tal with extensive training and get him well on his way to becoming a skilled warrior. Send a PM to Sisk and he should be able to get you started if that route interests you.
