Strength: 7 out of 10 Cal'rick keeps himself in prime physical condition. Every once out of bed he begins one of his routines; For Strength he turns the gravity on his ship up to above the normal amount and begins muscle training including push ups, pull ups sit-ups and lifting weights.
Dexterity: 8 out of 10 Important to all rangers Cal'rick and because of his Cathar lineage his a naturally dexterous and flexible. His training regimen for dexterity includes morning stretches and constant target practice.
Stamina: 7 out of 10 Cal'rick loves to run and push himself as far as he can physically. His cardio training regimen includes running up to 10km a day
Intelligence: 4 out of 10 Conventional education does not agree with Cal'rick. If there is one place he can't stand it's a library. He is easily frustrated trying to solve mathematical problems and
Wisdom: 7 out of 10 Over 10 years as a Sector Ranger have given him experience and best practices on how to survive difficult situations.
Charisma: 5 out of 10 Being a Sector Ranger often puts him at odds with the most of the galaxy. His straightforward nature often make him seem combative or gruff towards people.
Appearance: Cal'rick Suthor stands at 5ft 10in with a body full of lean muscle. His furr is golden brown and and yellow and he has deep golden eyes. Cal'rick carries himself as any male Cathar should... a natural predator. He is either wearing his sector forces armor or it is within reach. The armor is well worn and fits him just right. He has the gait of an authority figure when he walks and constantly has his head on a swivel.
Abilities:
1. Growing up on Cathar has made him great at tracking people in the wilderness
2. As a sector ranger he has been trained in the use of a variety of weapons including ranged weaponry, melee weaponry and Echani Dueling Techniques
3. Cal'rick is easily able to sneak in the wilderness especially at night
4. Cal'ric loves to play the traditional Key bed (Piano)
Weaknesses:
1. Cal'rick hates cities and has mild urbanphobia. He gets easily lost and frustrated when in cities
2. He often ignores droids... even when they can help him. He is pretty much racist towards droids
3. He believes the best in people even when they double cross him
4. His presence is intimidating this often leads to more fights than need be
5. He believes in the use of non lethal force- he only kills when it is absolutely necessary even at risk to himself.
Personality:
Cal'rick is often seen by other Sector Rangers as a one trick pony. He is dedicated to the Ranger corp doing his most to help the people of the galaxy. He is about action rooting a evil and solving problems. Once he has received a mission briefing nothing can side track him until he succeeds.
This means he is often an outsider not one of the accepted people. If he were in a bar he would be there only on a stakeout or to gather information. That is unless there is a Key bed to hear or play. If there is great music or a Keybed he will listen or play any chance he gets.
Biography:
Cal'rick was born into clan Suthor on the world of Cathar. His father was a school teacher of primary school and his mother was a watch keeper. As a child Cal'rick and his sisters grew up hearing stories from their father of Cathar's past, the mandolorians, the sith, the slave traders. His mother taught him the ancestral ways of the Cathar the hunt, how to track.
At the age of 16 he left the tree to complete his "blood hunt" to become a full fledged member of his Clan. It took him several days to find and hunt a Kiltick. As he walked through the plains of his homeland he reflected on the stories of his father and the lessons his mother imparted to him. He was so deep in thought that he did not notice the smoke on the horizon. It was the smell the reached his senses first the burning of trees and flesh. He immediately dropped his kill and ran for his clans tree. As he approached the tree several watch keepers intercepted him and escorted him to the clan leader.
Clan Leader Houroush Tukar informed him Zygerrian slavers had raided their clan. His mother was killed in the fighting and approximately 150 were believed to be taken including his father and three sisters. Cal'rick became a man that day and also an orphan.
Several weeks later a Sector Ranger came to investigate. He interviewed the Clan leader and many of the Watch keepers. Cal'rick had several questions to ask the "sector ranger". After answering all his questions Sector Ranger Wayne was about to depart when he looked at the Cal'rick and said "Well are ya coming or what?" Cal'rick started at the academy the next week.
After 10 years as a ranger he has followed mane leads about his family... none have come to fruition.
Skills:
Ranged combat- As a Sector Ranger he is trained in rifles, carbines and short range weaponry. He always starts on stun
Melee Combat- As a sector ranger he is also trained in Melee combat. He prefers to use a stun baton held in the back of his armor
Hand to Hand- This is where Cal'rick excels he is focused on learning all he can about any kind of hand to hand combat.
He is a decent pilot and is flummoxed by anything mechanical
He is good at reading people but has a hard time getting information from them
He is also a very proficient Key bed player and a decent singer. His focus is the blues
