Seeking a new Field Marshall

Due to TAC taking up increased responsibilities in other factions, he's decided to step down. If you're interested in the position, I'd like you to apply here. Please answer the following questions;

1. Why you feel qualified
2. What you would do to help with things such as quality of roleplays in the faction, assisting others in the future Rebel Cells that we'll be joining as part of a main faction
3. What you would want to see change in the faction as it is currently, and how you might implement those changes
4. roleplaying experience on site (please link 4 threads that you feel highlight your skill as a roleplayer, ideally ones involving the character you'd like promoted to Field Marshall)

Well, idk if I want to or not... I'd like to be field marshal icly but that ooc crud sounds tedious :3

1. I've been around for a while and am a decent enough rper... also i'm pretty active both ic and ooc...
2. Meh... ooc wise idk... icwise... help recruit people, train recruits, do epic missions and stuff like that xD
3. less rules... i don't like rules very much >:3 on a more serious note... uhm... idk tbh... but I'd be willing to help with w/e needs to be done :3
4. Check out Yuunda for my rp stuff... I has skills :CHappy (also if you don't think he's qualified to be field marshal icly I'm open to creating a new guy if you'd like)

1. I am very active and willing to take up the responsibilities of the position. My character is strong in the Force and has age to back his wisdom.

2. I would assist in creating more missions for Knights to run. Help run classes for other's to learn key skills. Also more missions for the True Thrones in order to get them into the Rebel Cells and then into the main faction.

3. Make more room for creativity in the faction, let peoples minds run and see where it goes, within certain boundaries. Could accomplish this by making more lenient rules, having more open discussions with members.

1. OOCly: In the past I have lead the Senate Guardsmen as well as the Mandalorians (I had to step down due to IRL reasons). I'm very active on the site and I am good with PR type stuff. I want to see the Knights succeed as a faction, and would love to develop their story even further.
ICly: It would make an awesome character transition for my Knight.
2. I would A) Create both story based and objective based missions. The story based focused on expanding the story, lore and characters in the faction. The objective based aimed at either expanding the Knights' power or hindering the Sith war effort. B) I would focus on expanding the True Throne as part of the Faction and increasing their role and size. C) I would help teach lessons to the Knights and Classes with the True Throne and Knights.
3. As it stands, I would increase the activity of the Knights. As mentioned previously, I would expand upon their missions. I would also attempt to forge alliances with other, non-rebel factions in a clandestine manner (Only after extensive IC recon on said factions).

Hello.

I am no longer going to be a Jedi Councilor, so I'm going to reapply.

1. I feel that I'm a strong leader, first and foremost. I'm also quite passionate about the Imperial Knights, and have worked hard to understand and explain to others the theory behind them and what they're doing. The more I enjoy doing that, the better I get at it, and thus I continue to grow as a leader of the Imperial Knights.

2. Listening to members, mostly. If they need some help getting ideas for threads- i'll help them. If they are having trouble with some theory- I'm always open to PMs/VMs. If they need someone to help get introduced and their character acclimated to the IK way of life- roleplay with them. This direct interaction with make our faction more cohesive, and our roleplaying stronger.


3. I think we're headed in the right directions, since the orders will be removed once we join with the Rebels. Being able to have our armour and our lightsabers- the symbols of our power and identity, what we stand for- will really help give us some direction.

A thread where the Duchess, the character I'm applying with, confronts a Sith. She spares him, and he will later go onto join the Imperial Knights.
I'll be the first to admit I'm slow. But I'm not afraid to take on large operations like Baby Steps to a True Empire.
Another reminder I need to catch up on threads is the New Age of Imperial Knights. This brings together Imperial Knights of all different skill levels, teaching them the ways of the Imperial Knights.
