This meeting had been a long time coming. With his new role, it behooved the young sith to meet with the more prominent members of the imperial organization. This agent Janiph had been told about was quite the impressive man with a successful career thus far. While he was never one for relying too much on others, the acolyte understood the importance in making connections, especially when his own career had only just begun! There was so much work that needed to be done, both in Janiph's personal life as well as his own professional influence on the galaxy. With more and more sith turning towards the 'Old Empire' there were less opportunities for upcoming lord's to make their mark in the true empire, he hoped to change this one day, but for now he was forced to make due with what was available to him. How fitting that he who had spent most of his life hoping to join the ranks of men such as this would now seek their council.
The meeting place was not overly extravagant, a simple balcony atop the floor of one of many hotels scattered across Coruscant. The seats were rather expensive of course, red cushions had been placed in the center as well as the back and arm rests, silver lining the frames, and a simple wood table place between them with two glasses and a tall bottle of whine. The sun had just begun to set on the world, darkness descending upon the markets and copious amounts of traffic that never quite seemed to die down. There was a certain therapeutic effect such a setting had on the young sith, the cold wind blowing ever so faintly against his pale skin, he truly did love Coruscant.
How long had he been waiting now? It was rather irritating to not be afforded the same respect more senior members of his order were given, but he understood the way things worked. No one had any reason to care who he was, having no powerbase or any true reputation just yet. Janiph had hardly done anything noteworthy thus far. For now he would simply ignore his pride, but a day would come when he would make certain all knew just how important he was. A day would come when he would be the one that was waited on, or he would die in his attempts to make it so, if the former he'd have much to celebrate, if the later than all his troubles would be over anyway.
When Fletch finally arrived, Janiph took to his feet without missing a beat, giving a smile and a courteous bow out of respect.
" Well met my dear senior, it is beyond a privilege to stand before a man with such a distinguished reputation! Please sit, have a sip of the finest wine you're lips shall ever taste, I know I certainly intend to! " He let a simple chuckle escape his lips.
Janiph extended a pale hand to the new comer, his smile rarely genuine as eyes looked the other over, making mental notes of his appearance and body language. " Janiph Balguir, the newest weapon in our beloved societies' arsenal!"
