PERSONALITY
[fancybox2]Shadow Hand is a brutally efficient mastermind. His emotions are fleeting, and he does not feel happiness, nor hatred, nor fear in the same manner as you or I. In a way, he hates this fact, and finds it difficult to live in such a condition. He also hates his cybernetics and, by extension, technology which he sees as a 'novelty'.

However, just because he suffers from sociopathy shouldn't indicate that he has no passion. He is a very curious individual and takes great in sentient civilization, and he seems to find satisfaction in artwork because of this. He believes much can be learned and appropriated from other cultures. However, he absolutely abhors the Jedi, and views their use of the Force as restrictive and heinous. When his plans are disrupted, he can get briefly enraged, but can respect a masterful chess move.

Secretly, he wishes to erase his past and paint himself as a new person. However, his experiences have nevertheless affected him. It is partially responsible for his hate of the Jedi and it has made him rather obsessed with the concept of life, the one thing he can't explain.

His exposure to the Dark Side has also affected him. He views the Dark Side as something to be embraced, rather than encouraged and has an almost craving sensation for it. He does not see it as an evil, but rather as the Force at its fullest potential, which he feels that all beings should ultimately strive for.

He is almost selfless, caring very little about himself, but he has no compassion and is not above manipulating or even killing others to accomplish what he considers more important goals. He tends to prefer doing things himself and in a timely manner, though this isn't to say he's impatient. It falls under his desire for ultimate efficiency and order.

To his fellows, Shadow Hand is rather odd and enigmaic. Even Sith and Jedi have trouble pinpointing his desires and feelings. One cannot deny this makes him seem all the more dangerous, nor can his fellows deny that his abilities are second to none.

BIOGRAPHY
[fancybox4="http://i.imgur.com/0PBOGVF.png"]Shadow Hand was born Sicarius II Crour, son of the Ubese warlord Sanguis Crour. Borne from a warrior legacy, Sicarius trained in the Ubese sword arts and joined the mercenary corps of a prominent Outer Rim corporation known as Viden Enterprises. However, he tried to return home as galactic war engulfed his homeworld in a blockade, but returned too late to prevent a devastating cataclysm which radiated the planet. Heartbroken, Sicarius joined a brief resistance against the Republic, but was critically injured aboard an abandoned space station and left for dead.

Propitiously, he was rescued by scavengers, but his renewed life came at a bitter price. Handpicked by Dr. Alkali Viden, the corporate head of Viden Enterprises, Sicarius's life-saving treatment came in the form of Project Jenrai (of which he was the thirteen subject and first to survive). He was fitted with various cybernetics and prosthetics, some unnecessary, as well as an inhibitor chip which manipulated his behavior and wiped his memory. He became a slave and was duped into believing he had submitted to the changes to improve himself.

In the years following, Sicarius was instructed by Viden in lightsaber combat. His inhibitor chip boost his rage, allowing him to tap into the Force to amplify his endurance, strength, and speed. He became Viden's prized experiment, and was a template for Viden's planned army of similar creations. However, a surprise skirmish by Arno Biguus (engineered by Viden's former ally Fol Tisdel) left Viden and Sicarius injured, but the former presumed killed. Upon learning of his master's supposed death, Sicarius went rogue, dispatching any Viden acquisition troopers who came in pursuit.

For a while, Sicarius became invisible, but he resurfaced after attacking a Sith Lord named Kyna san Sikal (damaging his inhibitor chip in the process). This return caused the Dr. Viden and another rival of Viden, Sarl Quisit, who feared Viden's plans, to go on the hunt. While on the run from Viden's mercenaries and Quisit's allies, Sicarius was disabled by EMPs, which put him in a paralyzed-like state, and left in a durasteel casket. During a battle with Viden himself, the allies of Quisit sent Sicarius's container hurtling toward the ground to his presumed death.

Unbeknowest to both parties, though, Sicarius survived, but was critically injured. He only survived due to three factors: his durasteel casing, his armored, cybernetic body, and the assistance of Bult Mota. Mota got him the medical attention he needed and had his damaged inhibitor chip removed. However, there was damage caused by the chip to his brain, leaving his limbic system effected forever.

Mota, being a former scientist of Czerka military research division, was particularly interested by Sicarius and his origins, though not all his original memories had yet returned to him. Still, Mota helped him recover and introduced him to science, a field that captivated him. During his time with Mota, Sicarius discovered his affinity for Force lightning and his ability to sense electromagnetic fields. This prompted him to seek out the Sith, who he recognized were capable of the former feat.

After his recovery, Sicarius took a shuttle to the Korriban Academy. Upon his arrival, he was greeted by a lightsaber-wielding warrior who declared him an intruder. The two briefly dueled, though the warrior subsided as he recognized Sicarius's style to be Sith. Introducing himself as Asha Daleth, the warrior later took him deep into the tombs of the ancient Sith Lords and explained their philosophy to the newcomer. After slaying an ancient beast in the tombs, Daleth brought Sicarius before his masters and they named him Sith. From then on, Sicarius II Crour no longer existed in his own eyes. He rechristened himself Shadow Hand.

ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS

[fancybox2][/fancybox2][fancybox2]
ATTRIBUTES:

Strength: 6/10 - Though he isn't a hulk, Shadow Hand's cybernetics give him above-average strength for a humanoid.

Dexterity: 4/10 - He isn't a Terellian Jango Jumper, but Shadow Hand can move quickly and jump as needed.

Constitution: 6/10 - He does not suffer from debilitating illnesses, but almost half of his body is cybernetic. In addition, his mental facilities are damaged due to mental conditioning and brain damage caused by a broken inhibitor chip.

Intelligence: 9/10 - Shadow Hand is very bright, able to think of clever strategies. He also has a knack for sciences.

Endurance: 4/10 - While he is hardly a weakling, Phel will collapse to overwhelming pressure.

Charisma: 2/10 - Hardly a fun person to be around, Shadow Hand is eery and almost droid-like in his mannerisms.

SKILLS:

Force Abilities: With an almost passionless personality and much of his body reduced to cybernetics, Shadow Hand doesn't utilize the Force in the traditional Sith manner. The way he harnesses it is almost a Zen-type mode, not unlike a Jedi. He also has a natural affinity for Force lightning (despite and because of his cybernetics) and Force sense (particularly in sensing electro-magnetic fields).

Lightsaber Skills: Shadow Hand has quite a lot of experience in swordplay. Initially trained in the Ubese sword arts, he expanded his swordsmanship under Dr. Viden, who taught him Makashi form and some elements of Juyo.

Other Talents: Having been introduced by Bult Mota, Shadow Hand recently became intrigued and skilled in areas of science and research: particularly matters of weapons and cybernetics, but he does dabble in biology and energy.

RELATIONSHIPS

[fancybox2]
Sanguis Crour - In his younger years, Sicarius sought the pride of his father, who seemed more preoccupied with stately affairs than anything else.
383

Dr. Alkali Viden - Partly due to the inhibitor chip, Sicarius followed Viden with supreme obedience, almost like he was a father. Even after the fact, he wasn't angry with Viden and actually viewed his change as a form of 'transcendence', but he never held Viden in higher regard. Despite this, his scientific expedintures were undoubtedly influenced by Viden.
