APPEARANCE:
Koba stands just taller then average, at 2.3 meters. Due to the unique metabolism of his species, Koba maintains a fit and athletic form despite living nearly three centuries. His skin is a green-ish yellow color, and his eyes appear to be nearly black. Like most members of his species, Koba has long tendrils that hand down his back like hair, however he has no tendrils located on or around his face. Acrossed his chest are three parallel scars, they run from his left shoulder, downwards to his right hip. For lack of s better term, he's got a Voldemort nose, and where he should have ears, Koba has simple holes. Both of which are common features of his species.

As an individual, Koba is a person that you can't forget. When he talks, he speaks with authority and boldness. When he walks, he moves as if he were a god in a mortals body. When he enters a room, his presence demands attention. He is not a man to be ignored, after all, Koba is a revolutionary. As a whole, Koba has a very dominating presence and a very charismatic appearance. You may not particularly like him, but many find themselves falling in love with what he stands for.

ATTRIBUTES:
Physically, Koba is a very capable man, and although he could never stand up to a Mandalorian Commando, he is a threat that should not be taken lightly, especially considering the fact that Mandalorians fight with honor, Koba's only goal is to win. His Oratory skills are excellent, Koba always seems to know what to say, and how to say it to get people worked up into a frenzy. Combine his Oratory skills, with his agressive attitude, and you've got the makings of a military leader. Koba has an excellent tactical mind, capable of competing, and possibly winning against the likes of the Republic, Sith, or Mandalorian Dominion.

Though on the ground, Koba's fighting skills are barely above average, he is an Excellent Pilot. 250 years has given him a very long time to practice. It doesn't matter whether he's commanding a flagship, or a fighter; you wouldn't want to be caught by him in open space...

PERSONALITY:
Koba's long past has created a very complex man whom operates with a terrifying simple ideology that goes a little something like this; "Death can solve all problems. No man, no problem..." As I'm sure you can see, Koba's solution to nearly everything involves a blaster. As far as he is concerned, the lives of the weak are intended to be controlled by the strong. If someone lesser than him is foolish enough to get in his way, Koba believes death is the only thing that can cure their ignorance.

Koba is as ruthless as he is intelligent. Sure, he may murder his opposition, but Koba is always careful to make sure that nothing can ever lead back to him. He is not above paying low lives to do his dirty work, after all, with rank comes benefit. Even still, who's really going to punish him if he were to be caught? Koba is not the type of man you'd want to challenge.

Koba seems to have an obsession with power and personal game, and his view of power is somewhat twisted. As far as he is concerned, "The only real power comes from the barrel of a blaster rifle, all other measurements are trivial and meaningless."

BIOGRAPHY:
When talking about Koba's past, it is impossible to pick apart faction from fantasy. In order to build his persona, Koba has constructed elaborate tales and fables concerning who he is and where he comes from. Believe what you will, but his story goes something like this...

Koba was born into a family of wealth and prestige. He would live his life as a king. Anything he wanted could be his, all he had to do was ask. He was certainly spoiled. However, Koba didn't want fancy toys and fast speeders. Koba, even as a child, wanted nothing but power. This lust for control and dominance would eventually drive him from his home, and into a life of piracy.

He was in his early twenties when Koba emptied his parent's accounts and used the funds to buy himself a few ships and the needed man power. These ships were originally intended to be his privateer fleet. Koba wanted to fight for the Republic, if and only if they were willing to pay his price...

Koba asked too much. Him and his men would never go on to fight alongside the fleets of the Galactic Republic.

With three ships armed to the teeth, and several hundred men just waiting for something to do, Koba made a decision that would shape the rest of his life. If the Republic refused to pay him as an ally, he would acquire their funds through force.

Koba's first act of piracy shocked much of the galaxy.

Coruscant, the Capital of the Republic and a hub for commercial trade. This is where Koba would make a name for himself and make a profit. He was determined to make the galaxy fear him, and so what better way then to attack the Banking Clan ships coming to, and leaving Coruscant. Who in their right mind would choose to attack ships anywhere in the inner rim, let alone a planet as prominent as Coruscant.

Koba and his newfound pirates disabled and robbed a total of four Banking Clan flagships before military forces arrived, and Koba fled.

The rest of his story is easy to tell. For two and a half centuries, Koba has been a scourage in the outer rim. Though his once mighty fleet Has fallen from its former glory, Koba's name is still held with respect among the criminals of the Outer Rim, as it should be.

After all, Koba has been in the game for a very long time, and he's still going strong. There's not many who can claim the same.
SKILLS:
As a pilot and strategist, Koba is among the Elite of the galaxy. His skills in a gunfight are effective, however they could never be considered on par with a Mandalorian or Career Soldier. That ok though, Koba cheats. What he lacks in raw skill, he makes up with a very clever and sly character. He's very street smart, as anyone as old as him should be.
