Affiliation: N/A

Ownership: Dameon Shikyo

Intent: Dameon created these dummy droids to coincide with his specialization in force powers. These "droids" are more like tools that can be used for a wide variety of things from creating bridges, to platforms, or to attack opponents.

Model/Name: Shikyo-01

Class: Other

Locomotion: N/A

Power Supply: Generic small power supply.

Sensors: N/A

Size: 1/2" Diameter sphere

Composition: Steel

Weapons:

Micro-Precision laser: A small laser with a very tiny area of effect however this beam is strong enough to damage organic material and synthetic material. The beam is focused and can deal heavy damage to a point no larger than the tip of a needle. Using the beams also heavily drains the limited power supply within them.

Small Explosive: The droid is also rigged with a tiny explosive that explodes when destroyed or when triggered dealing medium damage to a radius of half a meter.

Tools: N/A

Description: A small dummy droid that is incapable of operating on its own. The droid is essentially a weapon or tool that can be used as either via the owner that controls it with their force powers. This works especially well for Dameon as he specializes in force powers that influence and interact with technology. Alone these little balls prove of little threat but Dameon has made many and together they do a lot more.

I must say, it's a cool concept; however, I think they might be too small or high tech for this timeline. Also, the amount of concentration needed to control them all simultaneously would be immense, and the user wouldn't be able to do much else while doing so.

I am aware that the user would give up the abilities of free movement in order to control anything more than a couple. I have anticipated this as a flaw of use. I am also aware that within the timeline Nano technology IS available but still in its infancy which means making small but not microscopic technology should be readily available. As all these are is a battery, capacitor, a small laser which is seen medically at this time and a small explosive which could be triggered via the capacitor.

I think you somewhat underestimate how hard minitaturization is. Making things without a size limit is easy. But having to pack everything down into a tiny package is difficult.

As it is, I don't really see this getting approved. It open up something of a massive can of worms.

For the sake of simplicity, here's a list of my current issues:

1. Controlled with the force. We think this is somewhat possible, although there is no precedent for it in the Canon. Not to mention that the control system would have to also be included inside the bots, which brings me to my next point

2. How small these are. Seriously, half an inch? That would be basically impossible for anyone to hit in PvP, so balancing it would be hellish. Not to mention everything you're cramming in there. A high powered laser would be hard enough to get in there, let alone the power pack and whatever system you use to control it.

3. How powerful the laser is. Basically, realistically, these things would tickle your opponent, and absolutely not have the power you're describing here. For one, and this is going off of Legends so bear with me, hand lasers are antiquated. Not only that, but the size of the laser and the available charge means that you're guaranteed to have, maybe, a laser pointer.

4. It's snowflake tech. This is a cool idea. But it's something only you can use; and it gives you a distinct edge over other players if you do have it. In short, it doesn't really contribute to the rp, or the universe, and just exists so you can have something cool.

Fair enough. I was going to more of less power and run them with electrical manipulation and technometry. Though in hind sight the power needed to focus the beam would likely destroy the said droid or overload its capacitor. In this case it is probably better just to run simple small ball bearings of a similar size and use fore combustion xD

Due to the reasons Outlander pointed out, I'm not going to approve these things. They're even smaller than a Remote, has a Heavy Blaster that doesn't work at all like canon Blaster Technology (it explodes, not create a needle sized hole), and due to it being both powered by the Force, and the fact that they're snowflake tech makes them way too powerful, and doesn't fit with the setting or the feel of Star Wars at all.
