Rules said:
1: No Explosives
2: Full Armor
3: All ranged weapons on stun, rubber bullets or paintball rounds and all melee weapons sheathed, turned off or be put on training mode.
4: State all weapons/equipment bought in.
5: First to hit the enemy with a lethal blow that could theoretically break through both armor and score lethal damage wins.
This Match is NON-CANON. Unless you want it to be Canon. Also, I may be taking some liberties as to why both our characters are here, so please excuse any OOCness on any parties involved.

Rosa laid in the snowy plains of Hoth, a light covering of snow concealing her armor. In her hands, she held her sniper rifle, the snow around the barrel packed and hardened. There was snow covering the area around the scope, but over half of the rifle were outside of the camouflaged mound. All around her, the wind howled and screamed, blowing the snow everywhere, causing it to be nigh impossible to sight things with her standard cameras. She had to rely on a combination of Infrared and the shadows of people in order to hit them.

Rosa was mildly annoyed by this particular job. Do a training exercise with a squad of Mando's. She was supposed to be a sniper and they were supposed to take her down. The entire training exercise was supposed to last two days. Of course, she was happy to help, the pay was decent and she got to work with what she though were going to be elites. She hadn't expected to be working with complete and utter rank amateurs at anti sniper tactics. So far, she had taken out almost the entire enemy squad, save one, all in the last 10 hours. They had decided to rush her. Over a flat plain about 1 kilometer long and 250 kilometer wide, instead of taking the rocky, cover filled, and relatively unstable ridge to the left of the plain.

Rosa went through a weapons check once again, making sure that all her equipment was still in place. Her revolvers were on her hips, shotgun was on the back of her backpack along with her machete, battle rifle was on the left side, emergency pistol was secure as was her emergency knife, and her amrblades were ready to swing out. A quick look on her HUD confirmed that the armor's exterior temperature was almost equal to the snows, while the armor's interior temperature was at a steady 11 degrees. Nodding to herself, she focused on her scope once again, scanning the plain and ridge for signs of movements or shadows.

Had this group of idiots even taken this traning serious, hadn't seemed like that to him. As they had been utterly useless during the training, acting before thinking. What the hell had they been thinking, not even bothering to try and flank the bastard that was using a sniper. And well guess what, he was the only one left standing right now. Why? Because he thought before acting, that's why.
Instead of following with the unit Cabur had turned of his comlink to get them of his back, and decided to do thing his own ways. Instead of moving on the open field where there was snow everywhere, he had taken of to the left to where it was rocky, cover filled, and relatively unstable ridge. His armor would blend in better there, to be honest a black armor in white terrain wasn't the best option.
Keeping a low profil and head low was something he had to do while runing and rolling from cover to cover, all to make sure the sniper wouldn't find him so easily. But hey, let's face it. A sniper versus a close-quarter fighter at range, wasn't really that much of a fight. If he popped up his head at the wrong second then it would be bye bye for him, and if he could just get close enough the sniper would be toast. Well most likeley.

Rosa continued to scan the area for signs of the last Mandolorian. When it became clear that the Mando was not going to be doing a straight on rush, she started to scan the ridge, searching for a sign of movement. As she searched around, she saw something black move among the ridge, about 50 meters away from her. It was hard to tell in the raging blizzard, but she wasn't about to risk it. She pulled back the bolt and took aim at it. If she remembered, this round was a paint SLAP round. Taking aim, she fired at the shadow. The rifle thundered and a quick flash filled the plain as the shot was sent flying towards Cabur's location. However, it was going wild and would most likely miss, but inform him that he had been seen.

As soon as Rosa fired the shot, she stood up, throwing the coat of snow covering her armor off. She pushed down the magazine release lever, the empty magazine dropping into the snow. She slapped in a new magazine and immediately dropped into the snow, a meter away from her original position. She quickly started searching for the target to respond to the first shot.

So the sniper have perhaps found me. Cabur thought for himself as the shot hit missed his shoulder by an inch and embed itself in the rock formation behind him, switching over his vision to thermal he would be able to see the trace from the round. Perhaps even trace it back to where the shooter was, if he got lucky that is. He could see some of the trace from the round, giving him a vague description of which direction from where the shot had came from. Peeking out of his cover towards where the trace went he picked up a small heat signature, not much warmer then the snow. But it was the only lead he had so far, except for the trace also. Although that wasn't really much help to be honest, as the cold weather and wind could have easily made it look like the trace went somewhere. While the shooter where somewhere else, so he wouldn’t trust that for a second.

Moving from one rock to another he still kept his head down, all to make sure that he wouldn't get hit. Because if it he got hit, then he would lose. And that wasn't something he was here to do, but then again. This was only an exercise, so it would only hurt like hell. But it wouldn't kill him.
When I meet the shooter, I am actually gonna thank the person for taking out the squad. He thought for himself and at the same time he mumbled it, reason for that was because the squad really had been pure and utter idiots. Real idiots that didn’t belong in the military, slinging his carbine onto the back he started to crawl to move through a hole in one of the formations. And quickly crawled into cover from another rock formation.

Rosa took aim at the cliff edge, aiming several meters ahead of where she had shot previously. She was no longer aiming to actually hit the mando. Instead, she was planning to use the sniper fire and threat of being picked off the instant he tried to look out of cover to hide her own intentions of closing the distance so she could get a clear shot at him. The blizzard had kicked up and was gradually getting worse since she had taken out the rest of the lone mando's squad and the weather was playing havoc with her long distance scopes. She could barely see the ridge, despite it being only 50 meters away. Inwardly, she cursed herself for not modifying her weapons for cold weather operations. Without another thought, she let off five rounds, starting from 3 meters in front of the last place she aimed at and then moving right towards the place where she had shot last. All four went wild, but where aimed close enough down for them to keep any sane person down.

Slinging the rifle onto her backpack, Rosa charged towards the ridge while drawing out the revolver on her right hip. As she charged, she made sure to move in a crisscross motion, in order to avoid being hit if the last mando decided to be stupidly brave and peek out to check if she was still sniping. In her opinion, she should have set up some traps on that ridgeway, but she couldn't get simulated antipersonnel mines for this exercise in time. Well, with hope, she would be able to defeat this mando with her revolver. There was no way she could do any long range fire for much longer, if the weather pattern was going to keep it's trend.

When Cabur just crawled into cover of another rock formation, and got up on his feet to a crouching position he saw how two rounds hit the hole where he had been just recently, and another one scraped the top of the formation he was hiding behind while the last two hit the rock dead on. If I was the sniper, by now I would have used up my ammunition for the rifle. And move in for the kill with a pistol and knife, if I am right then that is what the shooter is gonna do next. Cabur thought for himself as he pulled out of one his pistols, if they would fight in close-quarters he would prefer to use his pistols instead of the carbine.

“Sure as hell am glad that blastechs weapons work in cold weather....” he said to himself as he peeked out from cover, seeing nothing but the more rocks and rubble. This blasted weather made it difficult for him to see, but it would be even worse for the shooter. If the weather kept like this he could probably get close enough to land a punch to the face, and probable one or two blaster shots with his pistol.
Instead of rushing forward Cabur rolled to cover further to the left, he would want to keep his distance for as long as possible. And would wait for the shooter to come to him, shouldn't be to much of a problem with the help of his systems. If within range of his radar he would know where the person was, and would be able to outmaneuver him.

Rosa hit the deck, the snow cushioning her fall. She was about fifteen meters away from the ridge and something about this whole situation struck her as odd. Holstering her revolver, Rosa reevaluated her situation. She was charging a ridge that might not even have an enemy. For all she knew, the flicker of movement that she saw earlier could have been just a flicker of her imagination. If it was then it was very possible that the last mando was charging her previous position, the sound and flash alerting him. However, that was assuming that it was perfect weather and dead silent. Which it was most certainly not right now.

As Rosa laid there, she suddenly realized something. Even in this crappy weather, her thermal should be able to discern if anything was there or not at fifteen meters. A quick check showed that her armor was within .2 degrees of the ambient temperature. With that in mind, she flicked on the thermal sights and looked up at the ridge. Though the image looked almost static filled thanks to the large amount of snow, she could still discern that there was most definitively something on the ridge. She couldn't see it for long, but she definitively saw something with heat moving up there, too small to be a.... giant snow monster thingy.

With a grimace, Rosa got up and started dashing towards the ridge, running in a zigzag fashion. The weather was really starting to get bad and she didn't want to stay here any longer then she absolutely had to. Last thing she wanted was hypothermia. As she made her dash to the ridge she pulled out her shotgun and kept it at a ready position, in the event someone tried to attack her on the way there.

Cabur started to hum on a tune as he holstered his pistol, instead of using them he would use his wrist mounted lasers. Would give him a brutal edge if he got locked into hand to hand combat with the person, but let's face it. If the shooter was smart, he would as soon as he found out where Cabur was. Try and close in to a medium range, and from there lay down a suppression fire to make sure that he wouldn't be able to maneuver at all.
He peeked out of cover for only a second to see if the person was there, seeing something a bit blurry he guessed that it would be the person. Pulling out both blasters and turned around so he was facing the rock, he stood up and fired five rounds with each blaster and wrist lasers at the direction where he had seen the blur. After that he got back into cover.

Blaster shots flew past Rosa, most of them going wild and not even flying anywhere remotely close to her. Others came close, but still not enough for them to be a bother. However it did give her one benefit. Thanks to the shooter's overly itchy trigger finger, she now had a better idea of where he was hiding. It wasn't hard, considering how the blasters were highly visible even among the snow and had a tendency to travel in a completely straight lines.

Making it to the ridge, she immediately started scanning it in search for footholds and to gauge it's size. It wasn't too tall, only about 5 meters tall. However, it seemed that the entire thing was made from ice. She frowned at this realization, seeing as how it meant that she would have to find another way up. If it wasn't for the blizzard she was sure that she could climb up it, but that was a possibility that was not possible at the moment.

Looking around, Rosa could see a spot where the ridge dipped down into a ramp formation. Seeing no other option, she made her way towards it, making sure to stick to the ridge of ice. That way, the enemy would be incapable of spotting her without exposing himself. Which would be a stupid idea, seeing as how he only had a faint clue as to where she was and the blizzard was making it even harder to see then if they were fighting in the night.

Having made it to the ramp safely, Rosa started to walk up it slowly with her shotgun shouldered and ready, in the event anything popped up. However, she had to move without her thermal vision on since the snow was too thick and she could barely see the ramp as is. Thermal vision would probably just make it worse.

So now that I have fired of twenty rounds at the shooter, and probably missed all of them. Now would be a good time to cover the way up to where I am, but to bad I wasn't allowed to bring my grenade launcher. Would have just blown the ramp to hell. Cabur thought for himself as he turned his head so he looked towards the ramp to the side of him, switching position so he was turned towards the ramp instead he started to back away a bit. Before laying down and aiming both blasters at the point where a head should pop up in case someone was going up the ramp, right now he had the advantage of being in cover.
And if the person wanted to get a clear shot at him, he would have to show that face of his and when that happened. He would fire of at least two rounds at the persons head, if he hit the person it would be over. He wouldn't be able to move after getting shot by two stun blasts straight to the head.

Rosa was not one for conventional entries. Pausing near the top of the ramp she considered her options again. There was very little cover if she just went ahead and charged over the top. It was unlikely the last mando knew she was here, but then again, judging by the fact that she had been shot at she was willing to bet that they knew she was here.

She needed to get to cover or go around this kill zone if she wanted to take them out. However, looking at the terrain, there was very little she could do in this regard. There was unlikely to be cover to her front, the wall to her left was too icy and uneven to climb while the same could be said for the ridge to her right.

She frowned as she continued to pursue her options. She could come up with no way to get through this ridge without her getting hit by at least one shot. She grit her teeth slightly in mild annoyance. She wished that she had bough a portable shield or something with her. As the thought left her mind, she realized something. She had her backpack with her, which was mildly blaster and bullet resistant.

Quickly, she scrambled to take off her backpack while slapping her battle rifle onto the magnetic pad on the back of her backpack. However, she opted to leave her sniper rifle there. It was unlikely to be of any use, seeing as how this had transitioned to a close range battle. With as much care and speed possible, she lashed her backpack to her left forearm.

With her backpack on her left arm and her shotgun in her right hand, Rosa advanced until half her upper torso was above the top of the ramp. The backpack shield worked perfectly, covering most of her upper torso perfectly with only her right arm exposed. As she made her way over the ramp, she flipped her shotgun to full auto and squeezed the trigger. In a second, eighty 00 buck paint pellets filled the air and was sent speeding towards the mando.

As her shotgun ran out of ammo Rosa threw it aside and pulled out her battle rifle, flipping off the safety as she did. She kept it primed forward, ready to shoot.

Cabur had been still humming on the tune, all to make his mind a bit calm. If you have something to do, then you wont loose focus as easily. And now was not the time to loose focus, if he did the he would loose this training.
As he saw something coming up over the edge he just looked at it, before realizing he should back down even more. Or at least protect his head, placing both arms over his head he could feel how at least a dozen small pellets scratched the armor on his gauntlets. Once no more was felt he removed the arms, and aimed down towards the place where the shots had come from.
The only thing he could see was some sort of black mass, but that was his best bet right now. Cabur squeezed of two rounds with both blasters. And hoped that he would hit something vital, or at least hit the person so he could knock them out.

Rosa grinned as she felt the response of the other mando, which had come in the form of a a pair of blaster bolts. They splashed into the backpack and sent a slight shock throughout it. The shock conducted through the backpack and to the armor, giving Rosa herself a small shock. While it was nothing that would incapacitate her she would guess that those bolts would've been able to punch through the backpack and through parts of her armor too, had they been on maximum strength instead of stun.

However, what the shooter did do was reveal that he was indeed in front of her. Without another word or thought, Rosa flipped the rifle from semi automatic to full auto. She squeezed the trigger for a second, sending fourteen 7.76 simulated armor piercing rounds and three simulated AP Tracers into the air and towards the mando at 1000 M/S.

Even as she stopped firing she kept her nerves and wits about, ready to spring back or to the side in the event the shots failed to down the enemy mando or she had missed him entirely. However, she was sure that the enemy mando would not be able to realize that she currently had a shield and would chalk it up to her having exceptional armor. After all, who would even think of using a backpack as a shield?

He smiled to himself as he saw how the blaster shots came to a stop, so he had hit the target. Good. Now what would his next move he, would he move from cover and try and close into hand to hand combat. Or should he continue shooting at the target, well the answer for that because clear when he felt how a round hit the blaster he held in his right hand, and another round hit the rangefinder on his helmet. Just great, now they would be out of the game. Cabur thought for himself and threw the pistol at the black mass, that would probably just be weird to have a gun thrown at you. But hence the barrel was hit by the round, it wouldn't matter. As it was useless right now, so the shooter wouldn't be able to use the gun either. But after this was over, he would want it back.
Putting his other gun back in it's holster he looked at the black mass, thinking for a moment before starting to make a snowball. Yes, a bloody snowball. And after having finished making the snowball, he simply threw it at the person. Just for fun.

Rosa felt the impact of two more objects and she couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at what she saw at her feet. The idiot had thrown their gun and what felt like a snowball at her. She could not figure why they would do such a thing. Maybe it was a trap, to convince her that they had run out of weapons or ammo. Which he better not, seeing as how he was supposed to be one of the best the galaxy had to offer. Or the idiot was just dicking around and wasn't taking it seriously. Either way, it was just proving that she really, really should not have signed up for this.

She yelled out, annoyance seeping into her voice. " 'ey!If ya ain't gonna take this seriously, Ah don't 'ave much o' a reason ta stick around. So either give up already, or get serious!" If this idiot wasn't going to take it seriously, she might as well pack up camp and get going. However. she made sure to keep her backpack shield and rifle up and to remain behind the cover of the backpack shield in case the mando decided to reply by shooting at her.

(OOC: Sorry for the rushed post. Feeling a keen lack of creativity.)

Cabur continued to hum on the tune that he was humming on before, and when he heard someone yell he just started to laugh. What the hell, from what he could hear it sounded like the person was a woman. And she wanted him to get serious, who said he wasn't serious already. She had just hit the god damn gun, so it was out of play. He wouldn't need it anymore during the training, but then again. He could have just holstered it, but he didn't feel like doing that.
He didn’t reply to what she had yelled, instead he scooted further down the ridge to keep out of sight. And when he was sure she couldn't see him, he rose up to a crouching position and walked over to the edge of the ridge. And took a seat before scooting of the edge, activating his wristband blades to keep him from falling to fast, once on the ground five meters below. He retracted them and pulled out his carbine, before moving out towards the ramp. Stopping by the ramp to the right of it, he kept out of sight for now. And just peeked a bit to see if the person was still there, smiling to himself he saw that she was.
Cabur took aim with the carbine and aimed for the he left and right arm, if she couldn’t use her arms she wouldn't be able to do shit against him. Firing of two rounds at both arms before going back into cover.

Rosa saw two flashes of light coming from her side, but failed to react in time to dodge it. However, the shot to her left arm missed completely and slammed into the side of her backpack shield while the shot to her right arm hit her rifle instead. Gritting her teeth in annoyance, she slapped her rifle back on the back of her armour while ejecting the backpack shield by activating her vambrace blade to cut off all the straps at once.

As an after thought, she smacked the backpack into the ground, embedding it slightly into the ground. In the snow and shadow, it looked as if she was still there, but just facing towards where the shots had come from.

Cursing herself for getting distracted, Rosa drew one of her revolvers with her right while keeping her left vambrace blade out. It appeared that she was going to have to end this with her trusty old sidearm. Running up the rest of the ramp, she made it to about six meters behind where the shots had come from. Taking a breath, she slid down the side of the ice and jumped off at the last second, going into a combat roll to dissipate her momentum, which placed her a good two meters away from the ridge.

Standing up, she spotted her shooter, hiding behind the ramp. Well, she could see their outline, which was good enough. It seemed that they had yet to move out of cover and was still hiding at the ramp. Taking aim, she squeezed off two paint rounds with her revolver, aiming for the center of mass. The two shots were sent flying towards the mando at 750M/S while the flash and noise of the shot was lost to the howling winds and near blinding snow.

As soon as she fired the rounds, Rosa dashed to the side, away from the ridge and back out into the open. There, she could have more maneuvering space and would be able to out dash and out pace the other mando.
