BIOGRAPHY

Sinya Ven was born twenty five years before the Outbreak of the Great Galactic War. Born into slavery on the planet of Zygerria, Sinya was bound for service in the royal palace due to her exotic skin tone, her stark white a unique rarity among the colorful hues of her people. Immediately taken from her parents, Sinya was raised in the royal slave chattel where she was trained for her destined roll as a servant to Zygerria's queen.

Spared from the labor and misery of most slaves on Zygerria, Sinya was instead taught how to protect and serve the queen in whatever she required. Loyalty was instilled within the child from an early age, and any disobedience was punished. Unfortunately for the young Twi'lek, Sinya was a wild child and often found herself on the receiving end of the Zygerrian's electro whips. This did not have its desired affect however. Not instilling discipline in the young slave, these punishments merely taught her to be more careful with her disobedience while displaying a facade of subservience.

It wasnt until her late teens that Sinya discovered her aptitude with the Force. Not content with her life as a royal slave, Sinya openly displayed her newfound power and demanded to be released to the Sith. This open display of disobedience did not go unpunished, and Sinya was locked away, too valuable of a slave to simply give away to the Sith. Unfazed by her imprisonment, Sinya used every wile and cunning she had learned in her servitude, both from her slave training and her secret adventures, to escape the palace and eventually Zygerria itself.

Making the long travel to Korriban as an escaped slave on the run, Sinya presented herself at the temple gates as a force sensitive. She was accepted into the Academy despite her older age, and trained in the ways of the Darkside, which she embraced for the power it gave her. After many years of training, Sinya has emerged during a time of great upheaval as a Sith Acolyte, her chains broken and her life devoted to the Dark side.


PERSONALITY AND TRAITS

Sinya Ven is a Sith Acolyte who has embraced her passions and the Dark side. Wild spirited from a young age yet born into slavery, Sinya learned early how to hide her true thoughts and feelings, how to play a part. Even now she plays the part of subservience as an acolyte, biding her time and hiding her desire for power from stronger Sith than her. Driven by her passions and desire, Sinya yearns for nothing more than to be in complete control of her life, surrounded by everything that she could ever want from life. There is little she wouldn't do to make that dream become a reality. She is a firm believer that the strong shall rule and has no sympathy for those who allow themselves to be ruled, despite her background as a slave, saving her respect for the powerful and treating those she views as weak with utter contempt.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Sinya Ven's skills are an eclectic blend of those of a Sith warrior, royal courtesan, and desperate runaway, as befits her background. A competent fighter, force user, socialite, and infiltrator, Sinya combines her skills to her advantage, acting as an assassin for her superiors.
