STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
Unlike many of his species, Sirberius was mobile, never using hoversleds or other 'machinations of the lazy'. A workaholic, he would complete his tasks with any means necessary. While he is slightly above average strategian, he is easily distracted with the overload of stimuli and will lose his train of thought, brought on by ADD. However, due to his obvious dislike for other Hutts (with Tusa being the exception), he has made many enemies in Hutt society. He acts more polite and less ruthless than his fellow Hutts, making him the ideal ambassador and representative when trying to build good public relations with people.

PERSONALITY:
Sirberius is a Hutt loyalist, though only to the Empire and its Emperor. He, however, dislikes many of the Hutts, seeing them as lazy beings who only care about their own profit. He can be seen as a workaholic, spending little time to sleep. He sees hoversleds and other devices used to move Hutts around as "machinations of the lazy", preferring to move on his own, making him slightly faster than many Hutts, though still slow in the eyes of many species.
Sirberius' greatest aspect to his charisma is his ability of tolerance. While many Hutts are impatient and rude, Sirberius acts polite and courteous, making him an ideal ambassador when trying to build good public relations. However, despite his exterior persona, Sirberius is just as ruthless, as shown in his strategic thinking, though rarely is this used.
BIOGRAPHY:
Sirberius Besadii Balij was born on Nal Hutta to the Besadii clan, a high-ranking Hutt clan. He concerned himself with overall Hutt stability and order while others focused on their own operations. Sirberius was key in lessening the rift between rival Hutts. He would act as ambassador several times over the decades.
A hundred years ago, Sirberius' father attempted a coup d'etat against the Hutt ruling authority. Sirberius, loyal to the Hutt authority, betrayed his father, executing the Hutt himself. This act gained him respect and hatred with his fellow Hutts. He distanced himself from many of the Hutts for a few decades.
When the Alsakan Crisis broke out, while the Hutts were concerned with the war, Sirberius focused on rebuilding the empire his father once held. When this came to light, many thought Sirberius would try dethrone Emperor Malgarr. While Sirberius despised Malgarr, Sirberius remained loyal to the emperor. However, a little over a year ago, Sirberius saw promise in Tusa. When Tusa dethroned Malgarr, Sirberius was one of the first to pledge his loyalty. Sirberius has served Tusa ever since.
