The Mynock-series Freighter roared through space as it approached the city planet of Coruscant. Cuyan had not even remembered the name of this ship he had borrowed for the job. It was a stock freighter with a bunch of special cargo in the hold from his earlier work. Working with him was another Mandalorian who would be assigned to the turret while the Ordo flew the ship towards the government center landing pad. It was a simple freighter going through a normal route along with tons of other traffic. No modifications to make it stick out either. Cuyan was confident they were flying mostly under the radar now.

"We just need to land on the pad and move out quickly. If we get chased, shoot them down." He noted, reminding his partner of the goal here. "We're about to enter atmosphere. This is where the checkpoints will be if they even bother."

Another glance over the readouts confirmed that the ship was in working order. Shields were on standby for quick deployment and everything was showing optimal. Cuyan was prepared to do whatever it took to get this ship to the ground. He had no desire to die in space.

This is the first time that Radth has been to Coruscant. Though since it is run by the Sith, the man was not particularly happy to be here. He hoped that whatever he and Cuyan are bringing here will be to damage the Sith's efforts to run their dying Empire. Though yes he is excited to be some place new.

He was assigned to go with Cuyan to man the turret during the journey and as they approached their destination. So far the trip has been uneventful. But that all can change in a blink of an eye if the luck they had so far ran out. He doubted that the freighter will stick out like a sore thumb since there are no special modifications to the ship. So they should blend in nicely with the crowd of other vehicles.

"Hopefully those that are running the checkpoints are the Empire's flunkies." He will say. Being careful not to accidentally press any controls that will move the turret. If he moved the turret it may alert the men at the checkpoints that there is something up. To prevent himself from making that mistake, Radth moved his chair as far away from the controls as possible. Watching out the view port in front of him, "If they are the ones running them we should get through the checkpoint with no problems." The warrior watched as some of the planet came into view in the viewport, well this is interesting. He'd hate to fall off of these buildings. Even from up here he can see that the buildings are insanely high.

Cuyan watched the glow of re-entry before it quickly faded away. They were now in the atmosphere of Coruscant. A few fighters flew by, but paid no mind to the line of ships entering and leaving Coruscant. Recent battles, political turmoil, and confusion kept them from having solid checkpoints these days. The Mandalorian guided the ship towards the government sector, looking to land at one of the many landing zones nearby. A single transmission came through as they approached, almost seeming prerecorded. The human voice came over the ship comm and Cuyan listened closely.

"Identify cargo and purpose for landing clearance." Came the monotone voice.

A smirk came over Cuyan's face under the armored helmet. He knew this was some officer sitting in a tower with no real care in the world. Probably sending the same message to every single ship in the area. What a horrifyingly boring job. Cuyan was glad to be a warrior for Mandalore and not some Imperial desk worker. Death would be a sweeter release than that job. That wish might come true for that officer by the time the Mandalorians were done here.

"Manufacturing droids and repair parts. Delivery." He said calmly back to the tower as he guided the ship along slowly.

"Proceed."
The bored voice spat back almost right away.

A single fighter seemed to be patrolling alongside this route, but had no interest in any particular vessel. If that fighter were to be an issue, Cuyan trusted the turret gunner to take it down. For now he simply acknowledged the all clear down to his partner as the ship got lower and lower to the ground. At this rate they'd touch down in no time.

Radth listened to the brief verbal interaction between his partner and the checkpoint officer. He honestly was not surprised when the officer allowed them to proceed without asking for more information. He imagined that if there was no war, or political turmoil that the officer may be more thorough. Or he just really hated his job. Maybe he was a flunkie that had the poor luck of being given the checkpoint job. If Radth were in the officer's place he would have lost his mind in a few days. Hell this made the man appreciate his job more, it is by far more exciting than the checkpoint officer's job.

As the freighter cleared the checkpoint, Radth edged his seat back towards the controls. Still being careful not to accidentally press something that he shouldn't with that single fighter being nearby. Though if it did come over to harass them, he will be shooting it down. With the freighter being cleared of the checkpoint there is absolutely no reason for the pilot of that fighter to decide to harass the two Mandalorians.

The turret gunner sighed as he watched the view from the view port. Should not be that much longer before they will be landing and starting the next part of their mission. He wanted to do something more exciting than sight seeing through the viewport in front of him. The man then wondered if he can get some target practice with the turret. No wait can't do that. Never mind. The Mando released the controls to the turret that turned the gun around, "Is that the only checkpoint or are there more that we have to get through?" He asked his partner curiously.

Cuyan hoped the drill and the materials in the cargo hold were ready as the ship shifted back and forth towards the landing pad. He had brought along basically an entire mining and processing set with him. A few labor droids, the drill he stole, the explosive device itself, and plenty of little parts were all tucked away ready to be delivered. The entire thing had been carefully orchestrated to look legitimate so that the Mandalorians could get close to the Imperial Palace on Coruscant and the government sector in general. A few lurches shook the ship as the Ordo warrior guided it onto the landing pad. All was good and nothing seemed to break.

"Okay, head down and make sure the cargo is ready. Keep the tarp over the big machine but the rest are fine for the open air."
He said to Radth loudly through the ship as he shut things down.

A quick walk down the landing ramp showed that the area was not too crowded. This pad was for deliveries mostly. General traffic did not come to the government district too often and when they did, it was not to a delivery pad. Cuyan had slid his helmet off and left it in the ship. A cloak covered his armor and weapons to make him look like a normal citizen. Once at the bottom of the pad he would wait for Radth and the droids to start coming out with the cargo. His eyes would be watching for trouble, but it seemed war and battles loomed on the horizon that made them too busy to deal with a pair of cargo haulers.

Radth didn't need to be told twice to check on the cargo. He was starting to get bored with his post since there is nothing to shoot at. So as soon as he was told to head down to the cargo hold, he literally leaped from his post, "I am on it." He will say loudly so that the other Mandalorian heard him.

Heading down to the cargo hold Radth checked all of the goods. They were placed on sleds before the two left where they had come to Coruscant from, so they were ready to go. He took extra time to check the tarp that was covering the big machine. After he checked the tarp and sure that the whole thing was fully covered, Radth pulled the lever to lower the ramp.

As his partner headed down the ramp to have a look around. Radth checked all the goods again. Just to make sure there was nothing that he missed the first time. So he didn't look suspicious, the Kelborn was wearing his armor, over which he wore a long trench coat. On his left hip is his blaster pistol. Since he is portraying a civilian trader Radth should not look suspicious. Inside the ship though his blaster rifle was stored away incase it will be needed.

After going through everything for the second or third time Radth walked over to his partner. He will speak to him quietly so no one heard him, "Everything is ready to go."
