Skobra Aryss Vs. anyone (only one person and no Jedi please)

Skobra Aryss flipped into the air, landed gracefully on his tail and waited for his opponent to enter. His Blasters were out and ready, his melee weapons were sheathed on his back. He stood in a battle stance, ready for anything.


((OOC:Anyone here?))

 

[Niner]

((I'll take this challenge. Just one question what is the arena type?))

((Um... You pick.))

 

[Niner]

((Allrighty then. The arena is a dimly lit cave with boulders strewn around and stalagtites, stalamites and pillars all around. Oh, and fight to the death but death won't affect your character in the actuall RP story line.))

Temis Iretne, assassin, strode in through the cave entrance. Stopping about fifteen feet from his opponent he bowed, "I wish you luck in this duel." Thus saying he flipped backwards and pulled out his blaster pistol.

Skobra smiled, and pulled out his blasters. He shot three times, once at his opponent's ankle, then his neck, and finally his heart. After that, he quickly shot a stalactite, causing it to plummet towards his opponent.

 

[Niner]

Temis spun neatly away from the three blaster bolts and sidestepped the stalagtite.

"You are going to have to be quicker then that."

Temis then backflipped into the dark recesses of the cave. Hiding behind a stalacmite, his deep black cloak making him nearly invisible.

kriff. Skobra slowly stepped deeper into the cave. He could hear breathing, but he didn't know where it came from. Skobra shivered.

 

[Niner]

Temis stole quietly out behind his oponent. He raised his dagger but as he stepped forward his foot brushed against a rock, making a small scraping sound.

Kriff, that was a rookie mistake why hadn't he checked the floor before moving in for loose items?

Skobra spun around and dodged the dagger attack. Then he shot another bolt towards his opponent's heart. It was point blank range. With Temis' reflexes it was possible the bolt would miss, but skobra considered it very unlikely.

 

[Niner]

((you knocked the dagger our of my hands? I will accept that once because we all make mistakes but that is godmodding.))

Temis dove left as the blaster bolt burned a hole through his cloak.

Kriff, Kriff, Kriff, KRIFF!

HE snatched up the dagger and came at Skorba, his long sword coming down in a slash meant to decapitate him.

((edited. sorry, didn't know it was godmodding. I thought godmodding was only inflicting damage. Please don't be mad at me :CCry1:))

Skobra jumped, but the downward slash made a long cut in his tail. wincing from the pain, skobra got into a fighting stance, attached a blade to his fingertips and aimed an open handed punch at his enemy.

 

[Niner]

((I don't get mad easily don't worry. Yeah, godmodding is doing anything to their character without their permission.))

Temis permitted himself a slight grin. He brought his sword hand down, hoping to block the enemies attack by connecting his forearm with Skorba's wrist to knock it out of the way. Then follow up with a dagger thrust to the chest.

Skobra's wrist was knocked out of the way, but he brought it back in just in time to block the stab. Skobra whipped out his blaster and fired two shots at the ceiling to confuse him, then two at his heart.

 

[Niner]

Temis wasn't confused bythe two shots fired at the ceiling, any assassin worth his keep wouldn't be. The following two shots however, did make him nervous. He dodged to the left but one of the bolts clipped his side. He knew that if he wanted to win he had to keep close to his foe. He tried to block the pain and stabbed at Skobra with his dagger and sliced at his neck with his sword.

Kriff! Skobra realized he would have trouble blocking those. Ducking below the sword slash, he aimed a spinning kick at Temis, hoping to disarm him and/or hurt him enough to give Skobra an advantage.

 

[Niner]

((How do you kick if you only have a tail as a leg?:confused:))

((Ipharian Da'lor have prehensile tails. With the proper balance skills, I don't think it's impossible. Plus they also have an extendable spike at the end of their tails.))
