Appearance:
As a half breed, Slate’s human traits have taken more dominance over her Zygerrian ones, making them a lot milder. The boney spurs that make Zygerrians so distinguished are only above her eyebrows and on the side of her cheeks and extremely small. She is ashamed of the spurs and usually wears her hair so that it covers them, unless she is in full uniform in which case she has her medium length red hair tied up into a severe bun also revealing her slightly pointy ears. Her height is just about 5’5” and she is 120 pounds.
Personality:
Slate is a loyal soldier, who will do everything that she can to make herself useful to those of higher ranks. Due to being told she was useless many tie throughout her childhood she is desperate for the acceptance of others and to be useful in the military. She can be outspoken with those also in her rank, but quiet around those who have higher ranks, particularly the sith. Kindness is something that is hard for her but if she gets to know some one she can be. As a Zygerrian, and having being influenced by Zygerrian anger being aimed at her, she is strict and can be an extremely cruel person to those she dislikes. However, though she is difficult to get along with sometimes she is very charismatic.

"... I suppose I may as well begin my story.... My mother was a pure-blood Zygerrian, and my father, a pure-blood human. From what I was told they met in a bar on the planet Borosk that my mother was working as a dancer in whilst her father worked. My father immediately took a liking to her, and my mother to him and I was conceived in that one night they were together. However, after that one night, they were forced to separate from each other because my father had to get back to the empire, and my mother had to join her family on the ships that were moving to another planet for trade. Of course, though dutiful to the Empire, my father gave my mother ways to stay in contact with him, and they began a long-distance relationship that only had rare meetings.
When I was born my father was evident in feeling responsible for for me, and remained in contact with me more than my mother as I aged. When I was five the two of them finally got married much to the gall of my Zygerrian family. However, that didn’t make the contact I had with my father any more frequent. He worked hard for the Empire, and visits became even more rare.
Age eleven I was finally able to start working, it was an annoyance to me that I was forced to wait a year longer than my Zygerrian counterparts, but it was alright. I joined my grandfather’s slave trading business under the watchful eye of my mother. She was a little over protective of me because the rest of the Zygerrians found it amusing to bully me. Of course since I was 'young' in their eyes because of my human genes I wasn’t given much to do. I know that they would have loved to give me more to do, as they saw me in their own way of something like one of the slaves we trafficked. In their minds I wasn’t one of them.
As I aged, my dislike for the Zygerrians and their dislike for me kept growing and I started getting into fist-fighted with those Zygerrians my age when I was fourteen. When I was fifteen, I got into a particularly nasty fight with a male after my mother had died and my father happened to contact me that night. Seeing that I was wounded he questioned me about what had been going on. Of course, the Zygerrian had been worse of than I was, but my father was annoyed that his little girl had been hurt. So, from that point on I started living with him in the Empire."

“Obviously, as a sith, Father was extremely disappointed to find that I had no sensitivity to the force. He had tested me when I was younger, but when I started living with him he tested me again. He probably wanted to join him in battle in a way that only a sith could. However, yet again in my life I was a disappointment. It wasn’t as great of a disappointment as being a half-breed to my Zygerrian friends and family was, but it hurt me more knowing that I couldn’t be as useful as my father would have liked.
When I was seventeen, I was given word that my father had died in battle on a far off world. I wasn’t given any details, not that I was surprised. I was a civilian back then, and civilians are given no information, then again, we soldiers aren’t given much either. Sith are secretive and don’t like us to know more than we need t. But that’s understandable, I know that the reasons are important for the survival of the Empire.
As soon as I was eighteen I joined the military. It would be a place that I could be useful. And... that's about it... I'm now a private and I'm determined to make my way up the ranks."

Strength: 8/10 Like all Zygerrian’s Slate’s physical strength is something she considers to be of great importance. She trains hard to make herself stronger than a normal human.
Dexterity: 6/10 Dexterity is not something that Slate holds in importance. She is agile but she does not care for being so agile that her opponent misses her all the time. She prefers standing strong against her opponent rather than leaping and dodging.
Constitution: 8/10 Health is important so that she can be useful to those who wish to use her abilities.
Intelligence: 7/10 To Zygerrians, although they may seem unintelligent and crass to many because of they're major slave traders, intelligence is very important and Slate learned much from them, her father, and eventually her teachers at the Academy.
Wisdom: 5/10 Though she is intelligent, Slate can make many rookie mistakes and it not very wise.
Charisma: 7/10 As a child, she wasn't given much notice by her Zygerrian counterparts, and so she tried to get them to like her by trying to be charming. Though most of her charisma because of her ability to lie. Of course, that's usually only if she's relaxed and wants them to get to know her.
