After fleeing and leaving who knows how many rebels behind. Tycho has not been able to forgive himself for making the cowardly move of fleeing. He is not the type of soldier to do such a thing, he always looks out for the safety and well-being of his comrades. But during the Imperial bombardment of Hoth, the man caved into his fear and fled. He may never get over it.

But to make up for it Tycho returned to Hoth now that the Imperials have left and the bombardment stopped. He hoped to find rebels that have somehow against the odds managed to survive on this frozen wasteland.

Taking a deep breath as he landed his shuttle next to a cavern the rebel officer sent out a coded message through his comm, "This is Lieutenant Tycho Draykon of the Galactic Alliance. If there are any rebels out there. Please respond." The man will send out as he put on his parka and gloves. If there are any rebels out there they will be the only one's to receive the message.

He will arm himself only with his rifle and two extra ammo clips in case there are hostile enemies still present on the frozen planet. The man hoped that he was not too late at coming back for the survivors.

So far surviving wasn't the easiest of things to do while on the frozen world. Having barely killed a wampa the rebel was busy trying his best to heat up the meat with the with his weapons being over charged to heat it up. Eating a piece of the meat so far it seemed like he was going to have to leave soon. If he wanted to leave the world he needed to actually leave this cave. After putting some of the pieces of cook meat into his pocket he grabbed his rifle and pistol and began wondering out.

"Alright time to make it home." It was still cold but it was morning at least so it wasn't so cold that he would instantly freeze, but if he wasn't careful he would definitely do some damage to his body.

He started heading towards the rebel outpost, maybe one of the ships had survived which he could use. If he had to maybe use one of the Imperial ships that might be still searching the world for him. Though he wasn't sure where they would be or if even there were any left on the world. Each step created the sound of crushing ice, but for some reason it sounded quiet.

Maybe cause in his head the sounds of the explosions were still out, or the feeling of the souls that were quieted were still in his head. He wasn't a Jedi nor does he actually know how to connect with the Force but he was still in tune enough to had felt the people dying by the explosions. It was a cold and terrible feeling. How one could just order a orbital bombardment knowing what it does to the lives and the able to feel it in their own mind. Sith were scary, and just created more of a monstrous image in his head. They were supposedly like the Jedi able to use the Force able to feel though it just like the Jedi. Yet somehow the Sith could do such atrocities, it was becoming clear why the Jedi were needed. Someone had to fight the Sith.

But his internal monologed ended once his communicator started beeping. Someone was trying to communicate to him, or maybe to the other rebels that might still be on world. Turning it on he could hear the voice of a lieutenant calling out to him. Praying to the Force he could send a message back he tried responding with his communicator.

"Hello this is Alexei, a rebel soldier. Where are you?" Alexei just hope the man would respond.

Sitting beside a dying fire within one of the openings of the cavern Esfir sighted. Keeping her remaining good arm wrapped over the shoulders to keep warm the Sahminain thought back to what happened. They had put up a fight but only to be pounded by an orbital bombardment. If nothing else that proves we’re a threat to them. Still all those people...

Lowering her head Esfir silently mourned for the fellow rebels who had died. Suddenly she hissed in pain from the newly made wound in her side and the broken limb as well. The rebel had treated both with her limited med kit but she needed better treatment than that. Esfir had barely survived the slaughter only seemingly by accident. Honestly the huntress didn’t know how long can she last in these conditions.

Being from a desert world but made situation that worse for her.

Will I die here? Originally such a thought wouldn’t frighten the daughter of the Radin clan. Yet now having served alongside a unit she had adopted as a family Esfir was terrified of the prospect. Without warning her comm unit started to beep. Eyes widening through the helmet Esfir subsequently played the message instantly recognizing Tycho’s voice.

He was calling out for any survivors which was answered soon by Alexei whom she fought alongside the battle. Relief flooded her soul like a tidal wave. Without waiting Esfir lifted the comlink and replied.

“Tycho! It’s me Esfir. I’m injured but still alive. Where are you?”

At first, there was just unbearable silence after sending out the encrypted message. Well, it felt like it had been a long while as the man was not keeping track of how much time passed between sending the message and when the two rebels responded. It was a high relief when he heard Alexei a soldier he does not know and Esfir whom the criminal sees as a little sister. However, the officer wished he heard more voices. Then again the officer had no idea how many were left behind during the rush to escape.

Of course, the man received the two messages from the rebels. The officer lowered the boarding ramp, steeling himself for the bitter cold that will bite away at him even with the armor and coat he is wearing to protect himself from the cold, "I am right outside the front of the base. Where are you two at? Esfir how bad is the injury? Alexei, are you injured?"

Thankfully, there is none of that crazy wind that is usually blowing. The officer looked around from where he stood just outside of the shuttle he landed just outside of the base. He could barely make out the trenches in the snow that had blanketed the works. The criminal will l be on high alert for any Imperials that may have stayed behind to pick off rebels that were left behind. As he ventured slowly away from the shuttle Tycho's favorite rifle was raised, ready to take down any and all Imperials that may come charging.

So far it was the first ray of hope he had experience in a little while. Listening to the sounds of communication though the commlink caused tears to come out. He was going to survive this despite everything that happened. It was a miracle to say the least. As he continued to go though the snow he could feel his heart beating in his chest. Maybe he could finally get out of the cold and find some place nice and warm to stay at for a while.

Wondering gave him some time to think, once he got on the ship he was going to get some damn soup. He wasn't sure what kind though but something hot would be nice. Though this is if the voice was actually a rebel soldier and not just some Imperial here to finish them off. Which forced Alexei to slow down. What if this was just a trick to kill the few remaining Rebel's? But it sounded like Esifir knew the person. So who knows.

"I am just dealing with some bruises and probably a few broken whatevers but I should still be able to make it. Just don't expect me to carry anything." Alexei took out his pistol just in case the closer he got the slower he was walking fear somewhat gripping his heart.

War was not a pleasant experience.
