Well, this is a thread about Smallville obviously. What does everyone think will happen in Season 7?

Well, we all know that Supergirl is being brought in during the first episode. I also assume that Clark will meet up with the Justice League again and probably get a little more involved, based upon his promise to do so in "Justice". Lana is also obviously not dead, so there'll obviously be a confrontation between her and Lex. She'll have to die eventually, though, since Clark has to get together with Lois. Other than that, the only thing that I can immediately think of is that there will be more with 33.1 and John Jones will have a bigger part.

That's a good reason to start liking it.

Meh. I never liked Superman all that much and to see an Angst driven, Teenage Superman just doesn't appeal to me. The only episodes I ever watched, I watched them because of the guy who played his dad. John Schnieder, I think his name is.

The comics, yes. I completely agree. But Smallville gives it a lot of action and drama.

Mmm, the problem with Superman (as opposed to the young clark kent) is that he's a superhero who's pretty much invincible. His weaknesses are the urge to protect, and a rare rock (though the amount it turns up is shocking for a "very rare rock").

But as clark of smallville, he's not yet mr. invincible. He's more like a real person. Real issues, some less believable than others.

I'm just annyoed that i'm missing the new series (for england, no idea which one that is across the pond) due to terrible memory. Ah well, I'll just have to wait till I can buy it...

I already see plenty of people with problems, so that wouldn't exactly catch my interest. I would personally prefer to see the actual Superman as opposed to his younger self.

Plus, my mom pretty much governs what we can watch at night. With my parents at work for a good portion of the day, we usually spend nights together watching TV or something. So, I don't want to just leave if she puts it on something I don't like. Anyhow, at night, I'm pretty limited to Reality TV, game shows, and sitcoms.

Well, Brandon I agree. I am not a comic book reader, but I know Lana is in the comics in Clark's adult life (well I shouldn't say adult life. In Smallville, he is actually 20 right now.) But Smallville does kill of people who should be in his life later like Morgan Edge, Zod, and others. I only hope that Bizzaro isn't Clark's main focus in all Season 7. Yeah, Supergirl (whose name is Kara) will be there, I just don't like how they say Clark is the Last Son of Krypton, when Kryptonians are coming out of everywhere.

I don't know what will happen to Lex. I doubt Lionel (which I think is becoming a good guy, but he is shifty) will help him. Lex will have to get himself out, or he will be freed if they find Lana. Chloe will probably learn to use her power better. Clark will probably like Brandon said, more with the Justice League. They said some new heroes will be coming. I am thinking Green Lantern will be one of them. Also the Martian Manhunter might make some appearances.

And for fillers, they will probably show Clark finding more Phantom Zone escapees. That is all I can think of at this rate.

Bizzaro was the last Zoner. Once he's dead, that storyline is over. You also won't have to worry about him being there all season. One of the downsides of Smallville season premieres is that they'll have spent 55 minutes of the episode building up to an amazing fight, they'll fight for a minute, the person will either die or be captured and then the last four minutes is the aftermath. Also, keep in mind that Zod isn't dead. He's stored away in Jor-El's crystal.

Oh, I forgot about the Zoner that was played by Batista. Nevermind. I never knew Zod was still alive. Yeah, like all Season 5 was building up for the arrival of Zod and he dies on the first episode of Season 6. The fight between him and Clark was pretty good though. It can be viewed here Brandon if you want to see it again: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n031-svL_XA. I like how he punched Clark and he slid through that field, and Zod zoomed right up to him.

If Clark fights Bizzaro again, I want Clark to win, but not for Bizzaro to die. I also hope they show Krypton and get more indept into his Kryptonian heritage.

The Bizzaro fight can be viewed here if you want to watch it again: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=38iWI5dtBNo.

Also Brandon. What do you think of Lionel's alligance? Do you think he is finally a good guy?

Season 7 starts on Thursday, September 27 on the CW.

I don't need YouTube clips for anything. I have every season of Smallville on DVD, aside from Season 6 which I have on my computer.

Yes, Lionel is a good guy. He'll probably end up being killed by Lex, though.

Oh, yeah I have all the seasons on DVD too, besides Season 6 which should be coming out sometime in September. I used to hate Lionel since I first started watching the show in Season 2, but now he is important as Jor-El communicates through him. I like to think he is good. But he has done alot of bad stuff, remember in Season 4 when he used one of the Stones to switch bodies with Clark?

But I really hope they show what Krypton looked like. I think it was all crystal with buildings like the Fortress of Solitude.

They said they want to. It's just that it would cost A LOT of money so it will take a lot of convincing for them to be able to do it.

I hope they do though. Since Season 8 is confirmed to be the last season, I want to see Krypton before the show ends.
